Beautiful shoes and excellent delivery service.

Don’t think I have ever had a pair of shoes that people have commented on. But they do when I wear any of my 15 plus pairs of Embassy shoes, sandals, and boots. Every time I wear any of them people comment on how lovely they are! Even someone in hospital waiting to go home commented on a pair I was wearing last week…

They are exceptional footwear. Well made. Awesome colours and styles.

I am actually giving all my other footwear away and just having Embassy shoes on my rack! That’s how good they are - there is no comparison with other makes that I’ve had.

The footwear always arrive thoughtfully and carefully packaged. Speedy delivery… And the couriers and the company keep you updated. The smell of leather is addictive.

No hesitation recommending them but that comes with a warning - you will want to buy more and more of them. 🥰

The sandals are great. From placing the order to trying them on at home was a dream, including the delivery. Great customer service and terrific shoes! Well done!

I purchased a beautiful pair of shoes from Embassy online. When I received my order I noted both on shoes the leather on them were cracked damadged this was really dissapointing as the reviews from customers were positive. I haf to return them.

Deuxième commande de chaussures sur leur site. La paire qui arrive ne me plait pas et je veux la retourner. (Et non quand on commande on ne regarde pas forcément la politique de retour… )
J’ai payé 8,95 euros de frais d’expédition (donc je les veux vraiment !!) et quand je veux retourner : le lien de retour sur lequel je clique me dit que le produit n’est pas retournable 230 € la paire !!! (Presque tous les liens de retour du produit sont inactifs.)
J’envoie un mail et ils m’envoient un Lien … retour à ma charge (quel e-site fait ça en 2025???) et là la douche froide !!! La poste me demande 23, 95 euros de frais d’expédition.
Je vais donc avoir payé 33 euros de frais pour rien !!!
N’achetez donc pas si vous n’êtes pas en Angleterre !!! Service client nul …

I love bright, unusual footwear. But I have to have comfy footwear too.

I'm delighted to have discovered Embassy London. I was looking for good quality shoes, comfortable enough to wear all day, for a reasonable price, and which would work with a deep yellow outfit. I was starting to think it was an impossible task until I found Embassy online. I ordered the Dannii shoes in yellow; they arrived quickly, the leather was soft and the colour was perfect.

Unfortunately my usual size was a bit large for me (though I haven't noticed other reviewers mention this). I contacted Embassy and exchanged for a smaller size. The returns/exchange process was hassle-free and sorted within days. I now have the perfect shoes for an upcoming wedding and I couldn't be happier with both the shoes and the customer service. Truly an excellent company in every way. I will be back for more beautiful shoes!

I love embassy shoes. They always get remarked upon add they are so different. Just ordered some Camilla which had previously been too tight for me. These are now a perfect fit. Lovely

I have a lot different shoes from Embassy London and every one of them is perfect. They are funny.. elegant..very comfortable...for every occasion and every whether.
