Firstly, the shoes produced by this company are fabulous.
Secondly, their customer service is excellent.

J’ai commandé une paire de chaussures en taille 38. À la livraison je reçois une paire en taille 39, J’ai fait un mail pour leur demander de changer ma paire qui ne correspond pas à la commande initiale. Leur service me demande de retourner la paire par mes propres moyens car ils ne peuvent pas faire de bon de transport. Le magasin prendra 20 % des frais de transport !
D’une part ils font une erreur ce qui peut arriver mais que les frais de livraison soit à 80 % a ma charge c’est abuser !

When contacted regarding a quality issue, I received a prompt response and then a refund of the cost of the shoes - even though the purchase was made last year. Exemplary customer service!

The shoes are fabulous, very original designs and comfy. I was interested in a specific pair, as I was holidaying in London I wanted to try them on instead of buying online. They sold out very quickly, and fortunately for me they got 2 more deliveries , the third while I was there. The staff I could not speak highly enough of. They are an absolute credit to the company. They were so helpful, extremely pleasant and cheerful and went out of their way to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I could not recommend this company and their shoes enough.

Customer of many years - many pairs of beautiful shoes. Unfortunately quality has declined, although I bought my last pair over a year ago I have only worn them a dozen times or so - clearly sill in excellent condition. Last time I wore them the heel fell off, looks like it wasn't nailed on correctly. When I contacted customer support they suggested Timpsons. Despite the beautiful design I won't purchase again at that price.

Beautiful design but poor quality for the price. Out of the box, you can clearly see where the shoes were glued to the sole. The sole does not seem completely glued, you can see the glue sticking out through an opening. Disappointed.

This brand is fabulous! Great quality, really comfortable from day 1 (I usually have to break in slippers!) and outstanding designs.
I love the Hatter boots and Vivienne shoes but my favourite is Camila.
I have 2 pairs (Tropical & Dark Tropical) and my latest buy is Camila Hi in Signature Print.

Their shoes are of great quality, unfortunately their smallest size was too big for me, so I had to send them back. They were really quick to send me a label to send them back for free and they refunded me the same day they received the shoes back. I've never had such a good experience when sending something back to the seller.

I’m still waiting for my delivery. The shoes never came !! After more then 20days

Over the years have purchased shoes, boots and sandals from here both online and from their store in Greenwich Market and love them all.
Apart from several attempts to get the right size with a particular pair of boots which were very small fit bought online and requiring returning and a few times, have always been delighted with footwear purchased.

My latest sandals ‘South Beach’ are stunning and very comfortable. Will always keep an eye on sale offers as full price pretty expensive for my budget.

I received a gift card to the value of £150. On using it I discovered three important and concerning issues not referenced in the guidance.

Firstly, if you use part of the voucher the remainder is lost. According to customer care, you don't get a credit for the balance.

Secondly, despite the gift card being of a set value it is not equivalent to other payments methods - you cannot access discount offers online, they are excluded. For my chosen purchase the additional cost was £30 because I wanted to use a gift card is other payment methods.

Third, I was also being charged postage despite the order qualifying for free postage.

In total the order was to cost me 20% more because I had a gift card. Outrageous.

I was unable to find any of these restrictions in the gift card guidance. Contact with customer care simply said only one code can be used at a time therefore emtering a gift card code prevents access to other offers.

Being penalised for purchasing with a gift card, in my view, is unreasonable. I have loved Embassy London but sadly I won't be buying from them again.

Really bad quality shoes, extremely bad quality customer service. They took my initial review down on the basis of me using the customer representative’s name. I did get my money back thankfully, but I had to go through my bank. Now I’m reposting this, as my whole experience with their customer service was so atrocious. Avoid this brand.

Très belles chaussures mais un souci sur la pointure… en dépit d’appels téléphoniques restés sans réponse et de mail auquel une réponse automatique a été donnée aucun retour possible… achat sur internet à proscrire : j’ai de belles chaussures qui resteront dans la boîte … à reserver pour les achats en boutique exclusivement

Friendly helpful staff - good selection. Good advice

I love my new sandals. They’re so colourful, striking and fun, getting lots of compliments. Although very comfortable, they would fit better with elastic in the buckle strap, therefore only 4 out of 5 stars from me.
Brilliant next-day delivery.
