I am delighted with my new windows and door. The ones that they replaced were out of date and impractical, so the new ones have made a big difference to my bungalow. The quality and finish match the price which I was prepared to pay and I was offered very reasonable finance. Matt and Gaz did a great job of the fitting. The marketing was a bit full on, as you might expect!

Service and advice from the company was perfect. Emma was kind and at all times professional. Special mention for William who fitted all my windows and doors working on his own. He was amazing never stopped and always showed respect for me and my property. Would highly recommend this company.

Good quality windows makes such a difference to the heat in the house. Helpful, good workers and good quality of work in replacing the windows and door. Only disappointment that broken plaster on the wall was not repaired did not have the skills to repair damage on the wall.

Excellent job. I needed a roof and door replacing on my outhouse and Steve and Charley did a fantastic job. Arriving on time, both days, they did not stop. Even going the extra mile on the neighbours side to ensure damage could not be repeated. Very friendly and cleared all debris away afterwards. Highly recommended.

Really good straight forward process , was kept updated and they arrived exactly when they said they would - the job was carried out by Anthony and Gary , who were both friendly and very thorough at their job - not only making a brilliant job but tidying up as they went . Really nice guys who get the job done - windows look amazing , I’m very happy 😁

I am not one to normally do this but this company and especially a girl called Emma has made my blood boil. We wanted 4 bedrooms windows replaced spoke with Emerald in January agreed a price job booked for middle to back end of March subject to other jobs. Worked started back end of March 3 day job quoted. 1st payment made once job was agreed 2nd payment agreed once work started 3rd final payment due on completion of work. 7th of May job still not completed. Day one panel of glass cracked plastic board fitted. Day 2 next room same panel cracked plastic fitted. Day 3 fitter says the bay frame does not fit the window has been measured incorrectly. After a call with Emma she offers to send a second fitter with more experience out within the next week or so. Into 2nd week fitter calls and Emma’s advised window frame is correct measurement the 1st fitter got it wrong. At this point we feel very disappointed let down. Start of May we told fitter can now put bay in the fitter was a really nice guy and stayed late to try to complete the job same day but on final stages again one panel of glass this time is now incorrect size. In between multiple calls with Emma she agrees that it has not been great I feel the service is not great it’s a total shambles. Emma’s agreed on completion she will look at the price. Today I receive a call from Emma telling me the remaining windows can be fitted just need to settle the monies. When I ask what discount for all this hassle over 6 weeks Emma offers £100 off. I don’t think this is fair at all I suggest 5% which is £300 Emma says no and no fitter will be out to finish until final payment made. I have contacted trading standards and citizens advise I rang Emma back to tell her she would not even let me speak and advised me not to call her love. I have now just received a call from the owner I think he said Kevin not sure to threaten me of which I have told him I will not listen to. I am happy to pay for a service that is correct but now this matter has became personal. Kevin I don’t know you but to threaten people is madness. Kevin has said pay or don’t if not no guarantee the point is I am happy to pay a fair price and I feel 5%off is fair for all the hassle. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Trying to take advantage of working class people and then bully them and think they can phone up and threaten them.

I recently had a conservatory installed and I’m extremely pleased with the entire experience.

The office team communicated well, the quotation was clear, the comments were attended, and Charlie, Steve and the crew were efficient and attentive to detail.

The final result has exceeded my expectations — the conservatory looks fantastic and has truly enhanced my home.

I had 2 windows fitted and the salesman John was passionate about the company and went through every aspect clearly with no pressure to buy. I love the fact this is a local company and reading the reviews before I went with them they did not disappoint. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I want to also give a shout out to the 2 fitters Mark and Dan. They were punctual, courteous ,extremely professional from start to finish. They made sure they cleaned up ( not that they made much mess) and did an incredible job. They were brilliant. I would highly recommend Emerald Home Improvements if you need new windows.

From first contact to installation, everyone was professional, polite and the work was excellent. The two chaps who installed my windows grafted to get it all done in the allotted time, and I'm very happy with everything. I highly recommend them

Always a pleasure to deal with, came out to replace a double glazed unit in our door, measured up, fitted and adjusted the door, very professional and we will always use and recommend them.

From start to finish, when I say start to finish I mean from first accepting price for work to be carried out & everything that followed I honestly couldn’t be happier. The workmanship was outstanding even down to the finest detail. I can’t thank Emerald Home Improvements for an outstanding job. We had 1 minor issue, which was rectified within days again this is down to the communication we had, where the problem was solved. I can’t say thank you enough. It’s was rather a large job, but we were never left out of the loop the window fitters were always respectful & professional most of all clean & tidy.
