Emerald Home Improvements Reviews

wonderful experience, was a complete makeover. work neatly done. workers were polite and knew what they were doing. The products looks solid and comes with warranty.

Satisfactory with firm care and professionalism job completed as contacted

Sales and previsit is good but to be honest over promises. Surveyors came on time and were very efficient. Booking installation was an issue. Had said we would be out of the country and work needed to be done before then but nothing happened and we were called when abroad. Then when we were back tried to book date rang a number of times to get "yes we will pass it on and they will ring back" which eventually after I got a bit sarcastic at that answer someone did. Fitters were great though

I have used this company 3 times now, always helpful, workers are professional no complaints. Lovely company.

Steve and Charlie were excellent workers, taking apart our old Conservatory and putting up the new one, and the workmanship was very good. They were really nice chaps, and we are very pleased with our Conservatory. Highly Recommended.

Emerald are on the ball start to finish !
From the sales to the fitting there were not any issues .
Luke was our fitter , he was professional and pleasant in his manor , and nothing was to much trouble .
Indeed I wish more workers had his mindset .
If you are looking for Facias , soffits, guttering and cladding , you will go a long way to find better. 5 Star from us .

The initial appointment gave me all the information I needed and showed all the options available. I needed eight windows, and the work was completed to a high standard in two days with a minimum of disruption. The price was better than I had anticipated, and I would have no hesitation in recommending the company,

A very professional process from start to finish. The fitters worked very hard and did a fantastic job in fixing 8 windows. They even did a little sealing job for me!!
My new windows look great. I'd definitely choose this company again.

Quality of the door and the fitting of it by the two workers. Thanks very much

Phil & Marcus, came and started work for our conservatory foundation , Such hard working blokes never stopped the time they were here. Polite and proper grafters, A credit to Emerald company.

High quality workmanship, friendly workers willing to go the extra mile.

Disgusting service charged me an extra £25.51 for no reason and set up a payment plan of 120 months with an interest rate of 19.99% when I never signed up for this. The agreement from the salesman who came to my house told me we could pay for the windows once the work was completed there was no mention of a credit agreement plan. Complete nonsense won’t be bothering using this company again in the future. Recommend you find elsewhere. Emerald Home Improvements is a con company they promised me a courtesy handle on the stair window never did this was refused by the maintenance team on arrival, they never sealed my big bedroom window in the left and right corners, left a burn mark in the middle of the window sill which is an eye sore and broke my toilet seat whilst standing on it trying to replace the bathroom window. Shocking and unacceptable customer service. Thanks for nothing.

The guys at Emerald carried out a very good job, working with me to get the design right, incorporating all the details I wanted and then kept us updated all the way along the build. Overall a job well done by Neal and the team.
