Emerald Home Improvements Reviews

Replaced 5 windows for blown double glazing (2); or below modern spec. (2) or looked old fashioned (1). Made the whole house look better.
Much easier access to clean from inside and much strogrer PVC framing. Apparently three people asked for quotations, just from watching the front windows go in.

They where great, definitely use them again.

Great service from quotation through to fitting all the staff were excellent hard working and cleaned up daily we are very pleased with the work and would recommend this company.

The work was done well. The fitters were on time and wasted no time getting started. We were happy with the service we received. A surveyor came before hand and measured up and the doors fitted perfectly. Thought the price was a little high but the doors were of a good quality.

Have had windows, doors and porch done.Right from word go work was carried out efficiently.Everything was tidied up so work area was always clean and tidy.

A great company, so helpful and friendly from beginning to finish. We were under a bit of time pressure and Emma pulled out all the stops to make it happen. Their work and quality of products are top notch. The fitter, James had his work cut out him fitting the door and window, which he did beautifully. Thank you Emerald.

The windows were fitted in one day as quoted, with no disruption. Happy we chose to go with Emerald.

Yes brilliant team very clean and fast workers
Very polite couldn't wish for two better workmen thanks matt&dan

The men came round to fit the windows couldn’t have been any nicer or hard working. They turned up when they said they were going to and left the house without any sort of mess. Would certainly use emerald windows again.

The fitter was very competent. The office always answered the phone.

Great experience. The chaps that did the work were lovely, very friendly, informative and didn’t leave a mess! The windows are perfect, really great work and very pleased with them.

Phil and Tez was very polite and did an amazing job. Everything was completed to a very high standard and they cleaned up afterwards.

Did a very good job we are very impressed with them

The fitters were very good and quick there was a slight delay as there was a minor fault on the glass however this was resolved. The surveyor was brilliant

Really pleased with the work carried out by Emerald, we recently had a new porch installed. Overall service was great and the end product is excellent. Would highly recommend.

We decided to go with Emerald Home Improvements because there were no pressure sales tactics used, Mark Carlin was a relaxed open and honest representative of the company, answering any questions we had openly and truthfully. He was also honest with pricing and walked us through the process recommending Mark and Dan to ( His best fitters for the job) He did not disappoint us.

On the first day of the installation the fitters Mark and Dan turned up late however they explained that they had van issues and were very sorry, after they arrived they started work the install. Both of Mark and Dan were chatty and were again any questions we had whilst they were doing their job. On the second day they turned up around 8am and again were chatty throughout the day ( After being fed and watered ) they cracked on with the door fittings, again both went above and beyond what was expected of them.
The third morning was the final fitting and checking their own work making sure we as customers were satisfied before they left.

Both Dan and Mark did a sterling job and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to upgrade their doors and windows.

We had received a curtsey phone call from the head office in Derby, asking if somebody from the aftercare team could pop by and check Mark and Dan's work, Carl then turned up and was happy with the fitters work, informing us that if we had any issues with anything they would come back out and rectify any issues we could find (There are non)

If there was an option to give more stars I would most definitely do it. Would very highly recommend Emerald Home Improvements to any body a relaxed and stress free experience throughout.

The emerald staff are very friendly and they are not pushing customers for sales. They are very reliable and trustworthy.we are now having a patio door fitted we know they do a good job has we have just had a new conservatory roof fitted and it looks great would recommened emerald with excelant.

We have used Emerald before so knew that we could rely on them.
We asked them to fit a bathroom window at fairly short notice as the room was being re-tiled and we needed the window done first.
James came out the next day and ordered our window which was fitted in good time.
A great job and the room left clean. Thanks to everyone

Mark and Dan did an amazing job changing windows and french doors. They are very polite, the work is done to a great standard and their attention to detail is out of this world! They kept the area clean and even tidied up after themselves. I recommend Emerald as we had a very good experience!

The salesman demonstrated the product and it's features very well. He was smart and polite. We accepted the quote there and then. The surveyor came a week later to make the final measurements. On the day if fitting the fitters put dust sheets down and respected our property. The products are of a high quality and all the team were polite and cleaned up before leaving.
