Just wondering? As of jan 2024 it's not working for uae residents correct? And the last winner of 100,000,000m resides in UAE? Not to discriminate but i noticed also all the winner of SURE1 are Indians.
Maybe it's just not my luck been active since 2023 but still got nothing 😔😅

I played because I had heard about the big winners they have had. After about three months of playing almost every week, I was very surprised to win $ 15,000 and payment came through after four weeks. The ED team were responsive, though I would advise that they have the same person tracking follow up queries to make communication easier.

Despite multiple attempts to contact your team via calls, emails, and Instagram, I have not received any response, even though my messages are being seen. This lack of communication is disappointing and does not reflect the level of responsibility and loyalty expected toward a valued and regular customer.

I respectfully request your immediate attention to this matter, confirmation of a final and firm timeline, and prompt transfer of the pending amount. I trust that Emirates Draw will demonstrate its commitment to customer trust and responsibility by resolving this issue at the earliest.

Many people are claiming and complaining that emirate draw is a fraud, not giving the winning amount. As a active player for emirate draw, now I am confused to play or not. All my friends were moved to O millionaire draw. And you were selected only the good comment and posted on social media. I have a request to emirate draw, please show the payment screenshot that you have paid to the winners through social media like Fb, IG etc. It will be very helpful for us who believe emirate draw is a genuine. My withdrawal requested 98,000 was approved on 18/07/2025, but I have yet to receive the funds, even after more than 90 days.

I kindly urge you to resolve this issue promptly, as I may have to escalate the matter to the UAE authorities if it remains unresolved.

I won 109 USD and the approval was done a week ago. Not a single communication from this website on when i can expect the money in my account. No response from customer service as well.Not even an automated response lol. I think it's a huge scam and I urge people not to buy anything from here. I read reviews below that people have not got what they withdrew for almost 90 days and more now. This is the state for a 100+ dollars - no way they can pay the large amount wins. I think all videos and photos are of fake people. Just ads. Thank you.

I have still not received my winning amount of AED50000 Easy6 winner drawn on 23rd May 2025.
I have submitted all my documents for which you have acknowledged "approved for process". I eagerly await my winning amount in my bank. My bank has also been informed that my win will be credited from you. 
I tried calling your customer service care number +971 4 356 2424 many a times but the executive never comes online even after long waiting period adding to my mobile international call debit charges.
Please do let me know when I will receive my winning amount. Why it's been delayed, do inform.

The joy of winning is turning into disappointment since no response or update.

I lost my money on Emirates Draw. The transaction was successful, and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but it was never added to my Emirates Draw wallet.

I emailed them many times with full proof, but there has been no response at all. Their website claims they are a UAE-based company and licensed in the Philippines, so I have reported this issue to both UAE and Philippines government authorities and am waiting for action.

In my experience, this appears to be a fraud company that is misleading people worldwide. I strongly warn everyone:
❌ Do NOT play Emirates Draw
❌ Do NOT trust their platform

Please be careful and do not lose your hard-earned money like I did.

It is 100 percent fake site in my opinion else just check the results how is it possible that no one ever Hits full 6 or 7 numbers also just check in over 200 crore what they pay 4 lakh ,5 lakh to 100 0 people, its nothing more than sham I believe looting people nothing else . I ticket costs rs 1400 so imagine how much a person is wasting . Stop this guys these all are just rubbish and they spend on advertisement so that it keeps coming infront of ur eyes and u keep dreaming since ages they are just showing one Chennai person. That too iam not sure if its real or fake

I am a winner of AED thousand and it's approved by the Emirates team on 30 June 2025 and they informed it will take 90 working days to transfer the money
I received the email that they have transferred the money to my account in Saudi on 14 Nov 2025 but not credited even after 15 days
I am sure that the details given by me exactly right

2 months before I mailed and Even I texted Emirates draw in Instagram

Dear Emirates Draw Support Team,
I am Kiran Raj D,
This is my third attempt to reach out regarding a payment issue. Previously, when I contacted you, I received a response stating:
“Kindly note, in case of any unsuccessful transaction, the amount would be reversed automatically by the bank within 14 working days. If the funds are not credited back after 14 working days, please provide the bank statement covering the full 14-day period from the date of transaction deduction along with the UTR number including the exact date and time of the deduction to proceed with further investigation.
However, today is Oct 11, 2025, and I have still not received the amount credited to my Emirates Draw wallet nor refunded to my bank account.
I transferred Rs. 3003 via Google Pay UPI on 16th August 2025, and although the amount was debited from my bank account, it has not been credited to my Emirates Draw wallet. The agent has deducted the money, but the wallet balance remains unchanged.
The UTR number and UPI transaction ID for your reference is 522881189450. 
I have attached screenshots of the transaction and my bank statement covering the more than 14-day period since the amount was deducted. Attached is my google pay.

I don’t Get ANY Reply.. They cheat us

I have participated in many draws but not regularly. When you go thru the comments from winners, you will not find any reply or updates from emiratesdraw. This is true after June/July-2025, the month UAE revoked licence for this lottery. Also, there are NO LIVE DRAWS after revoking licence & results are announcing randomly in this age of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE.
This lottery is misleading in the name of emirates. Only the UAE can seize their bank accounts which is used for online sale of tickets, depositing scam amount.
This is a pure hightech SCAM advertising on social media for unsuspecting victims.

I, Pech Bahadur Gurung, won AED 75,000 in the Emirates Draw EASY6 on 25 April 2025. However, I have still not received the prize amount. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your team, I have not received any proper response or clear update regarding the status of my prize.

Fraud! I won AED 1000 last May 2025 and requested for fund withdrawal. It’s been over 90 days since my request and still not deposited to my account.

The amount of spam I get from this company while I live in Europe and even after I block them is amazing. Non stop rubbish generic emails try try try. What kind of a jerk of a company is this??. Total B.S.
