I want to buy more tickets, as previuosly I tired many times but slowly slowly i am loosing my confidence on it.
But Still I have doubt, can a Indian National or any other nationality people also can play and win the emirates draw lottery ?
And What if i have and Indian bank account but not UAE bank account?
Also I tried to do KYC many times online, but each time its failed and showing errors. I have sent emails also with my ID cards and documents to get E-KYC done, but No Result.

Now, coming to the point, if any draw has been voided for whatever be the reason ( Technical or any other ), Don't you think its essential to share that reason with users either via email or on your website? afterall, it involves real money and people's hope. its understandable that you cannot reveal the identity of the person who is the actual sufferer because of his/her safety but atleast you can demonstrate the logic behind this draw to be voided. Just think about our situations. You executed draw, someone hit the jackpot and the individual jumped with joy and excitement that his life has changed! early next moment you declared that draw as null and voided for a technical or any other reason that you are not revealing to the users. can you imagine the situation of that individual? he or she can hit by a severe heart attack. everything can not be behind the curtains when emotions, hopes and real money involves. The draw of Early 6 taken place on 17th April, i had taken the screenshot of the jackpot numbers which were changed later. i am sure many other users also have the same, it just we have not posted or attached them with our post here on trust pilot. Transparency is the key. if you are raising the hopes of so many people across the globe, please try to give them a reason what went wrong with there luck. Thats all!

They dont have legal authorisation Certificate.

I too noticed what Suraj has written here and i even took the screenshot. I could match 4 out of 6 numbers and received two emails about my winning. USD 29 was credited in my wallet also. But today i received an email saying the draw is voided and there are no winners. Even the winning combination numbers had changed this morning. I was credited only USD 1 instead of 29. I wrote an email to Emirates with the screenshots and their reply is awaited. But the whole episode sowed a seed of suspicion in my mind. So far i was trusting the Emirates Draw but this episode has made me doubt their credibility.

Yes, I also noticed that the numbers for Easy 6 last night were different from those this morning. In my memory, the numbers were 1, 4, 25, 28, 32, and 36. I also forgot to respond by text, but that is my number, and I received the message as well. I have checked immediately, and it shows 1 dollar instead of a large amount. It usually appears correctly after 9 PM, so the timing mentioned by Suraj in the earlier message is absolutely accurate. I have a concern regarding the repeated checking of the draw results, as they did not appear yesterday and were only reflected today. Don't buy any tickets, because yesterday night that is 17/04/2026, i check the results shows results diffrent, but today morning that is 18/04/2026 i checked result again curious about winner, showing another result not same as when I checked the day of draw and someone hit jackpot showing one total amount $6,029,570 somthing around, i forgot to take screenshot on that time i don't have proof to but what I am typing here on trust pilot is everything is true, it's a scam if you win on this by matching all numbers they will change the entire results within a night because we don't know what is the draw outcome and there is no live stream for any draw named as fast 5, easy 6 and mega 7, how can believe that results are shown on website is real or true, they are not licensed they are not in UAE because they of UAE govt cancelled there's licence on 2024 and they just keeping last winners as a recent winners by advertising them, no person won after there cancellation of there licence be aware for this website they are scamming internationally.

It's a scam. Don't fall for it. They didn't honor over 20,000 AED from January 2025 and stopped responding to emails and calls after running out of excuses.

Indian Citizens purchasing the Online lottery is punishable offence. It's a against FEMA and RBI rule. If winning also, money won't credited to winner's account. Indian citizens cannot use Debit or credit card or any type of Indian Bank accounts for purchase the lottery tickets.

Emirates 7 is a legit platform however they made sure that no one will win the jackpot since they have now switch to automated draw meaning the AI determines all possible numbers that have the lowest bettor. It's a semi scam.

I Have recently on 9th march 2026 purchased around 55$ tickets once the amount deducted i logout from my app and again i am trying to login i am not able to login in app its showing invalid credentials how come i am using same email and password from years and when i am trying to reset the password i am receiving the email to reset but further its showing some error.

The website is updated and all records of winnings are gone. Unable to contact the customer service and no response at all.

I downloaded the Emirates Draw app, but it is not visible in the Apple App Store anymore. Today (24-Feb-2026), the app is not working, and even the official website is not accessible.

This is a fake game.... Their license is canceled in UAE from 2024 and no UAE Residents can participate in the draw because their site is blocked in UAE... Now they are online platform recognized by some international organization ( don't know which organization ) and using international standard to pick winning numbers ( may be they pick by hand 😂 )... I have been playing this game from last few years and recently I discovered that they are kicked out of UAE and they are using their old name in online platform to scam people.... All this people are paid actors or old videos... They don't reply to my messages when I ask about their authenticity... Only this lady comes every week in social media to declare about their fake actors 😂... Oh people please do your research.... Don't go blind by their fake millions of dollar promises.... Emirates Draw, this is extremely disappointing. Last month you deducted extra charges from my account, and I sent a detailed email with all proofs almost a month ago — but till now, NOT EVEN A SINGLE REPLY.
For a company dealing with international customers, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Ignoring customers after taking extra money is not professional at all.
