Emirates Draw Reviews 

In reading the other posts, I have experienced a similar frustration as it pertains to payment of winnings. I won a smaller jackpot and was told that the payment would process within 90 days (not business/working day). The 90-day (not business/working day) window, as of this complaint, is expressed on their app, website, and terms and conditions. I was subsequently informed by Customer Service that payment would occur within 90 BUSINESS (versus calendar) days! When I pointed out the inconsistency, to include screenshots of their app, website, terms and conditions, and previous emails, I was assured that the payment would be made within 90 days (no mention of business days). Well, it's been 90 days and still no payment. What to do?
UPDATE: Customer Service is again referring to business days as the window. When I point out that is not is stipulated on their website, app, or terms and conditions, I was told that someone would get back to me. I have not received any follow up communication from them. I tried to post the screenshots here but was unsuccessful.

It's been over a year and a half. They didn't pay out the full winning amount. They made a few transfers, and after a lot of hassle, they asked for my bank statement to prove I didn't get paid. I gave them the evidence and asked for proof of transfer, but then they vanished again. Every time I write a review, they ask a generic question, and as soon as they realize it's me, they ignore me.

Why dont you respond actual email but only reply here??

I have won the emirates draw and they send me email that I will get AED 370 and I request for withdrawal but now one year completed and I didn’t get my winning money. I have send several emails to they told me maximum 90 days and now one year completed. This is fake. I don’t know what I will do, I lost money. I was participated several times but now I stoped.

I played 3 time and transfer money through upi the upi name is store wala and other Indian desi name it's very confusing that this is scam or real. If it's international platform then why this name using to collect money from people.

Emiratesdraw is really not a trustworthy app.I bought a ticket of Pick1 on 23june for the draw at 00:30 of 24june. I selected the number 8 and as per the results, the number I choose was the winner i.e number 8. But I didn't receive any notification and as I texted the customer care they said there is no winning on my account.i send them all details but they denied. I really don't understand as it's clearly mentioned in result that 24june 00:30 winner is number 8 and it's my ticket. But they denied just for $60. Ticket id is G43buock.
For me they don't deserve a single star. It's not about the $60 it's about the trust. It was my first time to play and they cheated me. Worst customer care and worst app.

I just got a reply from Emirates draw now it's totally unacceptable.I really don't understand before replying,do they even checked it? I bought a ticket on 11:50pm indian time not at 11:20pm and the draw time was 12:30am and the winner is clearly number 8. I really don't understand what's going on your side. You guys are lier.

I had a very disappointing experience. I paid ₹1,000 to the UPI ID provided to add funds to my Emirates Draw account. The payment was successful, but the money was never credited to my account. When I contacted support, they claimed that I had requested a ₹2,400 payment, which is completely false. I repeatedly told them that I only wanted to deposit ₹1,000 and asked them to show me where I had requested ₹2,400, but they could not provide any proof. Instead, they asked me to pay an additional ₹1,400 before processing my payment. I refused and requested either that my ₹1,000 be credited or refunded. This experience has been frustrating and has caused me to lose confidence in the service. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that other customers are treated fairly.

Totally a scam going on with emirates draw. They draw out anything and with a very cold responses and without any live drawing of the numbers they are making them winners we want to see the winners from India as well you only have three to four names this game has been going on almost every hour and every day then why you guys have few names only if it's a raffle and numbers are assigned as RNG where is the live draw? Simply scamming people money. Don't fall for this game guys atleast other lottery services are good they atleast have something solid to show join other platforms.

My lottery amount credited I’m so happy about emirates draw 7. Long delay process over 1 year amount credited my account this I’m very disappointed.

They will show you big million $ dreams but when you withdraw small amount , you wont even receive that. I withdrew 75 $ , it has been a month , no money credited even after approval. No genuine biz takes this much time, i doubt how they will pay anyone million $. Always try small withdrawals before investing big money on such websites.

Update-Received 90% of the amount finally after waiting for more than a month.

As an employee I came to know about emirates draw while working at oman, missed so many mega prizes with one or two numbers in easy6 and mega7

Just tried once on sure1 and I won, the day I got confirmation mail and call from emirates got excited

Emirates draw is genuine interns of prize withdraw process and follow up till close out

I wish other participants to win Sure1, Sure2, Sure3, Easy6, Mega7 draws like I experienced

It was bad to see I cannot withdraw less than 75 dollar and they give us 25 dollar on winning numbers and on pick 1 3 dollars into 60 but it will not withdraw less than 75 dollar then what is the meaning to win 60 dollars

TrustPilot platform. Even after multiple follow-ups there were no response but this review triggered action on their part !!

Major problem with payment. I paid $20 via UPI from India. Post successful payment, when the UTR submitted, error popped up saying that the payment provider is inactive. I immediately reached out to customer support and the WhatsApp number. No response till now. I followed up multiple times. This is not the way you build trust.

I would like to share my experience regarding the prize money I won. While I am grateful for the award, I was quite disappointed with the processing time. It took ninety days and over for the funds to be credited to my account, which was much longer than expected. Additionally, a ten percent interest was deducted from the total amount, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. I hope the company improves its transparency and speed for future winners."

I make payment inr2910 (1455+1455) on 23/05/2026 not get credit .irequest on whatsup and send payment slips after checking they said that go to websight and request there so please do the needful thanks i am ready to upload payment slips here
