Edit :I WAS BANNED WITHOUT ANY JUSTIFICATION. I JUST ASKED THEM WHY I HAD AN ERROR IN THE CONSOLE AND HOW MUCH MONEY IT WOULD COST ME TO BUY MORE SERVERS.

It's a good host and the only bad thing is that it doesn't have a reputation because they ban you every second and ask you for money to cancel the ban. It's sad that such a good host is like this, that's why sometimes I feel like throwing my phone away because they won't let me get banned just for asking for coins. My last ban was for hostingabuse and I didn't understand anything since I didn't do anything and I didn't even talk that much in the empirenodes dc and also when I reported that to the owner, the owner told me that for making a dm I will never be able to use empirenodes again unless I pay. Very sad really

their customer service is screwed up and non existent.
a friend of mine wants me to have access to the serverpanel, so i made a account. then i got banned within 30 minutes. so i joined their discord to ask why i got banned, got banned within 1 minute for a supposed VPN? i dont have a vpn installed but ok. so my friend asks about it and gets banned too straight away for no reason, while hes been on there for the past 3 months? now we lost a old world of ours wich we worked hard on, for the dumbest reason!
and now i have 0 ways to fix this, since they assume im using a fricking vpn and wont allow me in the server? if they see this, for the love of god fix your "vpn detecting "bot.

also from what i can gatter, they pay you in rewards so they a good rating. (look at most of their responses to 5 star reviews)

so in overall, they are not a good server if you get into 1 small problem. they do NOT care about customers, 100% wont make u feel first. they only care about the 0.03 cents they get from me visiting the site. IF it isnt that, it surely feels that way. 0/0

Worst service ever

I opened a ticket and got help quickly. The problem was solved in 3 hours later. The free Minecraft server price in coins is very good. I haven't run into any problems so far.
