Worst hosting ever. I better would stay away as they recently nuked my discord server and spammed Sneakyhub on top. They paid hosting is total scam using abused hardware and if you even one think wrong they gone ban you and if host goes to close you will get no information just lost money and data.

We take claims like this seriously, but we want to clarify a few important points.
We have not accessed, “nuked,” or interfered with any user’s Discord server. We do not interact with user data beyond what is required to provide hosting, and we do not spam or promote our services through users' platforms.
Our systems do automatically enforce rules to prevent abuse, and actions such as suspensions only occur when clear violations are detected.
Regarding reliability, we maintain backups and monitor our infrastructure closely to minimise downtime and prevent data loss. We also communicate maintenance where possible, though we acknowledge we can improve transparency in this area.
If you believe your service was affected incorrectly, please open a support ticket through our dashboard with as much detail as possible. We’re happy to investigate fully and provide a resolution, including refunds where appropriate.
We’re committed to providing a fair and reliable service, and we’re always open to resolving issues directly.

Sneakyhub is hands down the worst…
Sneakyhub is hands down the worst Minecraft hosting service I’ve ever come across. The problems start with the community and spiral out of control from there. The owner is incredibly indecisive, constantly flip-flopping on whether the service will remain free or switch to a paid model. Every couple of months, there’s another annoying announcement pinging everyone about "making the server active" or else it’ll turn into a paid service. It’s repetitive, frustrating, and reeks of poor management.
Speaking of management, the staff team is a joke. A recent example involved a staff member on a blatant power trip, treating people like dirt for no reason. And if you’re considering becoming staff here, don’t bother. The owner expects you to act as their personal army, defending them against “haters” rather than doing the actual job. Ask a simple question, like why the host is down, and you might get fired on the spot. That’s literally what happened to me. The owner shut down all servers because someone was trash-talking them. Seriously? That level of pettiness shows just how immature and unprofessional this whole operation is.
Sneakyhub isn’t just bad, it’s a trainwreck. The owner acts like a child, the staff culture is toxic, and the service itself is unreliable. Save yourself the headache and look for a host that actually values its community instead of running it like a poorly managed high school drama club.
FYI if giving 0 stars was possible, i'd have given this site 0 stars

Over 60 pings in their discord server a week, confusing to use, sketchy ownership (from what ex-staff have said).
Edit: Same response on all 1 star reviews, management clearly has not improved. Definitely not trying this host again.
