Had Issue with Pay slips not being sent on the day of pay last month. Only issue to date for me.

We recently joined Employment Innovations and have found their service to be invaluable.
EI are professional at the highest level and very knowledgeable. They are always responsive to queries and their expert telephone advice and email support is outstanding.

EI has supported me with many tricky HR situations. The support of our HR partner has been invaluable, ensuring when it comes to handling these situations that it is done professionally and that we are meeting our obligations as an employer.

EI is an outsourced HR solution which delivers as advertised. We were originally introduced to the Employment Hero HR platform by a VC firm, and discovered their close partnership with EI. We've been with EI for a few years now, and they helped us navigate a difficult employment terrain through COVID, and the re-opening on the other side, in addition to usual day to day HR tasks and projects. Hayley is our HR Partner who I cannot recommend highly enough. She is knowledgable, accessible, and a trusted partner who assists us to meet our business objectives.

The people who partner with us at EI are the best. Knowledgable, reliable and down to earth.

I am not yet convinced the service is a good fit for me and only about half of my support queries have been successfully answered. I also find the constant need to review the service as I am doing here to be over the top and annoying.

It would make more sense to get my review after I have used the service for a bit longer. Hopefully, my opinion will change and I will be happy to continue with the service.

We have been working with EI over time to achieve a tailored solution for our organisation as some of our EA T&C's are quite unique. EI staff have been great during this process and have been happy to meet with us on a very regular basis to work through payroll issues to achieve a workable outcome for all concerned.
One of the key features that drew us to the EI product was the rostering module which has completely changed the way we worked from rostered shifts, to approved timesheets, to correctly paid employees. A vast improvement for us...
We found the EI focus on really understanding our EA's and building the initial setup from their review a real comfort - and with a few extra tweaks along the way, we now have a much easier to use and more accurate payroll system than we have ever had in the past.

Excellent Service. It's a great resource - the information provided by the team is current, simply explained and to the point. I highly recommend this service as a default for anyone having to deal with HR and payroll.

I am a member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers who have a partnership with EI. This prompted me to contact EI as I was looking to partner with a HR firm as part of my payroll services. I was assisted by Nick Cooper who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Nick made the process nice and simple, which is always appreciated! The EI membership is ideal, it has met all my needs.

The payroll is great especially with the support. The rostering tool appears a bit limited compared to others

The team is extremely friendly and helpful.

There are a few areas where they were unable to assist and it became a different service, including specifics of employment contracts that they would have to pass onto their employment lawyer.

The payroll is not user friendly and can take some time to adjust to.

Overall the HRIS System is also quite good in terms of allowing for compliance but as well can duplicate some parts of the payroll system.

Overall the customer service is great and the team is very easy to talk to and communicate with.

The payroll system is a little bit complicated, it is difficult to keep in touch of conversations. It also does not let you notify a specific person regarding the leave or expenses.

The team does get back to you promptly to resolve issues however.
