Purchased a new Einstar at nearly £700 and honestly, my six year old phone gives better scans - as for the software. Well, for the sake of my blood pressure let's not even go there.

Utter sh*t.
Based on this experience alone I wouldn't spend another penny or touch another one of their products.

I purchased a Transcan C at the beginning the year and I have been really unhappy. It always has calibration and connection issues. It took me almost two weeks to get through to customer support and have someone help me. Now I am trying to send the scanner in to upgrade to a newer scanner and no one will call me back.... Crap customer service and support.

Ciao, ho acquistato uno scanner 3D da questa azienda , preciusamente lo scanner Einstar il quale l'ho utilizzato 10/15 volte e soltanto 5 ha lavorato bene . al inizio andata bene ed era veloce , dopo degli aggiornamenti dei loro programmi esso e diventato lentissimo ed e impossibile a lavorarci.
Ho contatatto l'asistenza la quale mi ha suggerito di eseguire degli aggiornamenti i quali gli ho fatti ma non e stato rislto niente e questo glielo ho communicato al supporto tramite email, i quali hanno fatto finta di non riceverlo e hanno chiuso il ticket. ho un video dimostrativo e la stampa della conversazione del email

I was initially impressed with the product when I purchased the Einstar scanner, which arrived promptly within two days. Unfortunately, my experience with after-sales support has been disappointing.

After receiving a dead-on-arrival (DOA) device, I contacted the company for a replacement. While they assured me the matter was being prioritized, the replacement took far longer than expected to ship—seven days compared to the original two. The delay appears to be due to the chosen shipping service, not Brexit, as claimed in their communication.

Additionally, my inquiry about potential import duties for the replacement has gone unanswered, leaving me in the dark about potential extra costs. This lack of transparency and responsiveness has further soured the experience.

While I appreciate the eventual resolution of the issue, the delays and lack of clear communication give the impression that customer concerns are a low priority. I expected better service, especially for a premium product.

I hope the company takes this feedback constructively and improves its after-sales processes.
