I had ordered a replacement of a remote control that was lost. And would like to take the opportunity to thank you for the speedy service of getting the replacement to me. This is the first time I had used your service's and do appreciate how fast I received it. It works well with the window A/C (replacement remote). Now I don't have to get up out of the bed and change the functions or dim the display.

Unfortunately, the shipping has been TERRIBLE! It's been ten days since I placed the order and the part has still not shown up. Tracking the order on the FedEx site it indicated that it's supposed to be delivered today. I'm optimistic that will happen.

I am very please with my contact eith Armand. He was very sweet and found the replace part I need for my LG air purifier. The original part I understand is discontinued but he found a replacement part that he said will work. He placed my order and said it should be here in 3-5 days. I'm very please with the service. I wish I'd of found them sooner.

Kris Belle was very helpful in making sure that I was receiving the correct door latch for my LG Microwave. The door latch was Out of Stock, but, she was able to back order my latch which was due to be in stock a week from now.
