Absolutely appalled with this company
Absolutely appalled with this company. If you choose to have a product from this company installed - don't expect any kind of service, they clearly don't believe in the concept.
We had a new composite door installed in October-25 and it soon warped. I understand this can happen with this kind of door on occasion, but the issue has been with customer service especially. My fitter took video, measurements and photos on 29th Jan-26. I'm now finally expecting an engineer visit on 5th May to take new evidence of the defect, because they allege the fitter did not take the right evidence. The fitter is understandably upset that Endurance have said this, and I'm inclined to believe him - I watched him take all the evidence.
Added to the overall delay, it's been extremely disappointing getting any meaningful communication from the service department. When I first had a call with them (10weeks after the measurements were taken) I expressed my disappointment and asked for a call back within 24hours. I still had not had a call over a week later so I called them, to be told the ONE PERSON in the service department was on a break, but they would be asked to call me back asap. I did not receive a call (or email, which I also requested) until the following day - and then only because the fitter escalated to their rep.

Very pleased with my new door
Very pleased with my new door. It seems well made and solid hopefully it will help to keep sound out and the heat in, I’m sure it will as it seems a lot heavier than the door it replaced. It has a good locking system and was fitted well.
