Purchased something 2 brackets from them and they finally showed up but they're too small. Submitted the return request on 08/04( the same day they were delivered) waited 10 days to reach out to them and then they declined my request? Didn't send a follow up email cause it literally says "they've sent a separate email to explain why or get further information". You guys take back most bracelets and it's not like it was part of a PROMO. This will be the last time I buy from them. The quality of their stuff has changed too and I'm not impressed anymore. I used to buy crystals from this company quite a bit until I realized that they were charging more for their crystals and that the crystals were not as pictured, nor did they feel real. I could find better quality elsewhere for half the price. They are also great at dragging out the return and refund process which is awful to do on the customer. I am so disappointed at the fact that they claimed they tried to make you think that they use real gold to manifest but it was fake gold as well. I won’t ever buy from this company again. They lost a long time customer and I won’t ever recommend them to people again either. It’s just embarrassing how this company works and scams their customers. Do not buy from here! Horrible experience.

I wish I could give zero stars. I placed an order in December and, in hindsight, I should have noticed the red flags. As a crystal lover, I reached out to ask about their sourcing practices, but the response was vague, simply stating they source from "good places."
When my order arrived, I was immediately disappointed with the quality. The ring I purchased fell off my finger the second time I wore it—while I was in the grocery store—and I was unable to find it. Since I couldn’t provide a picture, I let that go. However, two weeks later, the crystals on my keychain fell out just from picking it up. I sent the requested pictures, but instead of addressing the issue, customer service kept giving me the runaround, refusing to replace the defective item.
It’s clear that the issue lies in poor craftsmanship and weak materials. Unfortunately, their lack of accountability and unhelpful customer service—limited to email responses that shift blame—means I won’t be shopping here again. I’ll also be advising my friends to avoid this store.

I’ve ordered quite a lot of crystals and jewelry from this company. For the most part everything is above board and when it isn’t they make it right. I’ve spent thousands of dollars with them. I’ve never encountered a fake or colored crystal as others have stated.

Bought 2 of the Smokey elestial bracelets. Rather expensive. One broke after wearing it for 2 hours. The 2nd broke after 2 days. Company wants 'pictures of my wrist and the tape measurement'. The bracelets are tiny, stones are miniscule. I was very disappointed in the quality. Company also wanted pictures of the broken bracelets. Everytime I provided what they requested another bizarre request came in another email. Would give them zero stars if I could. Please avoid Energy Muse. They are a scam and their customer service is severely lacking

This company ships out products not as pictured on their website, as well as not what the product description states, and, sometimes damaged. They don't check their products before they ship them out. Then they expect the customer to use their unpaid time to fix the issues their lack of process and professionalism created for their customers. Brought a product issue to their attention multiple times for a product received that was not as stated on their website and also damaged, and, their customer service person (who is likely 35-40 max or younger in age based on how they handle themselves) was rude, unwilling to take any ownership, unprofessional and trite. She repeatedly ignored my concerns and argued with me as the customer. Their team clearly has no experience in the real business or corporate world where you know how to make a customer experience a positive brand experience that gets raving fans and a brand that is talked about and shared positively across their customer's own audience. Very short-term thinking and not good business practices at all. When I sent feedback about the overall poor experience and how their business could do better, they ignored it and didn't respond. Shocking. As a customer, you can get much better products, pricing and customer experiences just ordering from artists on Etsy. I suggest you do this. This company won't be getting my money or time anymore, and, I won't be recommending them to my 30,000+ customer base of practitioners, healers and patients, who also have their own audiences. Just really inept run business, and, arrogant. Sad. Sorry, but as a former branding agency / marketer from NYC and CA, this is where having a sharp brand identity still doesn't matter if you can't back it up with quality brand experience at every customer touchpoint from ordering, to fulfillment, to customer service.

Let me share you a recent experience with this company.
Some time ago my students wanted to give me a farewell gift as I was moving and they bought gift vouchers from these guys worth of 600usd. It took me a while to settle and I finally got to use them sometimes at the end of Dec 2023. I placed a big order in using all my credit and paid about 100$ over. This is what happened:
2 items (a large crystal angel and a large shungite tower were missing from the package) and, to my disappointment, an XL citrine point worth 120$ was the same size as a L size clear quartz and rose quartz points I got.
Meanwhile, the large selenite angel went out of stock (the only thing from the order that I actually needed for a project). A lot of correspondence back and forth and they sent me the missing point and a replacement for the citrine point expecting to send the one I have back and they issued a refund for the angel to a gift card first and after I insisted - back to my PayPal (well, I didn't receive either the refund or the missing objects yet, but I assume it will happen).
So, all of this caused me a significant amount of disappointment and loss of time and I didn't get neither a proper apology from them, nor an explanation for what happened and they didn't even try to make up for the mess up. Just correcting your mistake is not enough when you mess up to that extent.
I will NOT buy again from this company and I advise everyone who thinks of it - to think twice. And maybe to find a more humble and customer oriented business.

Horrible customer service and say they are too busy Items packaged poorly and arrived damaged. The oval selenite bowl was chipped in the corner and the black stones in the starter kit arrived crumbled into micro particles. The reviews on the website are edited out when you say you are disappointed. Now finally given an RMA # to return with an address that doesn't check out on google but they said if the package gets lost they accept no responsibility and they do not shoulder shipping costs on orders or returns, it's a lot from Canada and due to poor packaging. This is not a responsible business.
