I wish they had NO STARS. I ordered one thing they sent me something completely different. They would not respond to my emails to discuss this mixup with them. They refuse to answer my emails or contact form on their website. I've just lost my money. They are crooks.

They claim to be "experts" on crystals, I beg to differ. I ordered 2 of their smokey quartz angels the day they were mad available. I received my order, however I did NOT receive smokey quartz but what appears to be low quality aventurine. I contacted their customer service by email (there is NO phone number to contact them as their previous number has a message to contact them via email as they have moved their cs team online) but received NO response. I did try their "chat" button which stated "the Energy Muse team would be with you shortly"...3 hours later, no response even though I kept the connection "active" it "automatically" disconnected at 7 WITH NO RESPONSE.

I wish I could add photos here because I have screenshots and photos of everything as proof.

SO disappointed as I have 2 less gifts for Christmas for my family

Buyers Beware: I ordered several items - one arrived broken, one missing and all others unlabeled and just packed in a box unprotected. Several stones were much smaller than anticipated and overall poor quality (I’m unsure if the stones are real or manufactured). Upon contacting customer service I was told that due to the fact that I used a promo code it was policy that they were unable to approve a return. This led to a back and forth but to no resolve. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank. I only wanted to share my experience so other are aware of the poor quality of merchandise, customer service and policies. I do not recommend this product or this retailer.

I would give this negative stars if I could. Ordered numerous bracelets that ended up becoming discolored.. meaning the coloring came off the "stones". So, contacted customer service and they informed me that it was because my ph balance/sweat was the reason for this. Now mind you, these bracelets were worn rarely and I never sweated while wearing them...and from my research, a true gem would not lose its color.
Still waiting a response from that email. Please don't waste your money on the jewelry. Literally the beads after losing color look like light weight plastic.

Most of the products that I ordered were excellent. Such as the energy bracelet and starter kit. However, I purchased a Aquamarine necklace and a a fortune necklace. And, on the back of package there is a warning stating that this product may contain chemicals know to cause cancer. I left 2 email messages on line to obtain understanding of warning. No call back and they have no contact number at this time. I like this company. but , I need clarity on warnings before I wear them.

I may have given them a 4 star if not for the fact that they have NO phone number to reach them when there is an order issue! Which there was. I wrote them on their contact form several times, NO response at all, none! NO customer service. I would have given 1 star if it hadn't been for the couple of pieces that I did receive that were nice. This brought up my rating since the product is something that I would purchase again, but without any way of correcting errors, I'm afraid I will never purchase from them again. So sad. I hope they will take steps to fix this problem before they loose their business.

I had the tony robbins live with passion necklace from energy muse for a little over a year and one day it randomly broke when taking it off. I had a few friends that purchased this necklace as well and all had the same exact experience of it breaking very easily. Contacted for help and they said you have to pay to have it fixed with a 3rd party. I liked the necklace but due to the quality I Would not recommend

I purchased a Charoite stone. It's beautiful! Arrived packaged securely & within a week of placing my order.

I’m kind of 50/50 about them. A few things I’ve purchased and am happy with. But two things (the shungite necklace and the amethyst eye pillow) are terrible and not worth the price at all. The shungite necklace is WAYYYY TOO long even on the shortest “setting”- I’m 5 2 and it comes down to my belly button, how ridiculous is that? It DID not look like that in the photo!! Then, the eye pillow is barely full, an eye pillow is supposed to carry weight and this barely has any! I always end up having to look for it every morning since it’s not on my face where as my previous one from Amazon always stood in place. Let me just mentioned that I barely move at night. The biggest turn off for me was that they did not even display my reviews on those items... how many of the other reviews are filtered then? That alone is making me reconsider purchasing from them again.Thats the ONLY reason I had to review them on a third party site.

Absolutely LOVE this place. They have thee best customer service, one of the best I’ve had in a long time. They go to the world’s end and beyond what they need to to make your concerns right and settled. That is such beautiful care that they show their customers. In addition to that, i love their pieces. I can ALWAYS feel and sense the positive energy and vibrations from every item I get from them. I have taken a personal vow to never buy gems and crystals anywhere else because of what they have done for me. Buy from them and make them your crystal vendor for life- you will not regret it.

I bought 5 labradorites. They all looked NOTHING like the picture. Ofcourse there will always be variations when it comes to stones but this is false advertising.

The other types of stones i bought were fine but the labradorites were really not :(

Terribly. Because I live in a certain country I am blocked. The WHOLE country is blocked to visit this site.
You know what! This is discrimination. And that for a site that should be about love, respect etc.
