Energy Prices Direct Ltd broker named Kevin was an exceptional help during a time when we felt our energy costs were going to drive us out of business. His help during this time was a godsend. This company will follow up telephone conversations with an email which was extremely helpful.

We have just switched from British Gas Lite to British Gas and our agent was John Marshal. He helped get us a good deal but the move was not without its problems particularly billing. John proved very helpful, went the extra mile, and sorted it out for us.

Her knowledge regarding past invoices and usage figures indicates she is technically competent. Friendly and easy to communicate with, she explains the offers clearly and reflects care in her approach as a personal conatct.

Offered very competitive prices, even after our GoAhead with new Contract , he offered lower prices he quoted in first place. Every penny counts in this economic climate.

We have been hounded by various representatives from this company since September. Despite repeated requests to remove us from their calling list the persist in calling my home, asking for a person who does not live here. I have attempted to use the BT nuisance caller service and blocking their known number but they just call from a different number. I am honestly at my wits end. The last time they called I ended up screaming down the phone. Sadly I expect another call any day now.
