I don’t normally write reviews, but Engage Hospitality exceeded every expectation.

From my very first inquiry, Mitch and the team were professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Purchasing Wimbledon Debenture tickets from overseas is a significant investment, so trust was extremely important to me. They answered every question promptly and made the entire process straightforward.

The Debenture seats were exactly as described and absolutely worth it. We attended the Round of 16 on No. 1 Court and the Quarterfinals on Centre Court. The seats were outstanding, the Debenture lounges were first class, and the entire Wimbledon experience

This trip was one of the best vacations I’ve ever taken, and Engage Hospitality played a major role in making it happen. If you’re considering Wimbledon Debenture tickets, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail gave me complete confidence from start to finish.

Thanks to Lucy Larch and team, we had a fantastic Wimbledon experience. It was our first time and Lucy shared valuable information and other options (hotels nearby, car service etc.). Our seats for the experience were also amazing - we saw some of our favs and other great tennis matches on Centre Court. The Rooftop bar and restaurants attached to the Centre Court were helpful for food and breaks in between matches. The team was responsive and informative throughout the process.

Had a terrible experience over Ascot, miscommunication over where to find tickets. had tickets over 3 days but could only get in on 2. Was dealing with a chatbot that engage staff didn't even know they had
I feel they take advantage of people from overseas and do the hard sell on very expensive tickets.

Another really enjoyable day at Henley 2026 with Engage. Food, drink and staff were all superb. We have been going to Henley with Engage for many years, and whether we have taken a private tent for 50, entertained 12 in the Restaurant or, as with this year, simply taken a table for 4, we have always been treated as a truly valued client and looked after by genuinely warm and lovely people.

Euan from Engage was amazing to deal with, knowledgeable and responsive. he walked me thru the entire process from start to finish for my 4 day stay. he was diligent in listening to me and always did his best to provide a great experience for my Silverstone F1 trip. the trip was seamless with a shout out to Caroline from Events who helped sort my driver out on the Friday and continued to check in with me. the staff at the event were friendly and responsive, the food and beverage service outstanding and my accommodations at Horwood House were lovely and convenient to the track. I would definitely recommend Euan at Engage services if you are planning an event trip. as a solo traveller I really appreciated their attention to detail. I had an amazing time and would book with them again. I would just like to add i spoke to 2 other event companies and Engage was much more interested in making my trip an experience

Our Account Manager, Ashley Illston, helped us host some of our clients at Henley Royal Regatta - this was our second year using them for this event and again it was excellent. Well hosted, great food and all of course helped by the weather. Our guests LOVED it and felt well and truly spoilt.

Engage really do make events run smoothly and are a great asset especially if you have a small internal team trying to organise networking events. Everyone at the agency has been super helpful and friendly! We will be using them for more events and can highly recommend them.

Amazing day out at Henley Regatta with Daisy and the Engage team. The team were incredibly welcoming and hosted us brilliantly throughout the day. Their hospitality suite was fantastic, with a beautiful setup, excellent food and drinks, and an amazing atmosphere. Thank you team Engage!

We have used Engage now for the last 5 years, including several return visits to Silverstone, twickenham, Ascot, Wembley amongst others. I can honestly say that every event has been excellent with no issues whatsoever. Simon Slater our account manager is super helpful, friendly and always comes to ensure we are having a perfect event. I regularly entertain our key customers and know such occasions create stronger bonds and “people buy of people”. We have certainly seen better customer relationships, staff rewards and team building works amazing at these events. I would happily chat with anybody unsure. Highly recommend! MD

An excellent vantage point to watch the racing. Insightful interviews inside the icon lounge giving a behind the scenes intel on what was happening and what was likely to happen during the practice, qualifying etc.
The fact that the weather was at its supreme best, a perfect perfect day.
A big shout out to all the staff in the room which made the experience even better.

This is the fourth time we have attended Henley Regatta with Engage. This year was without doubt the best. The food was first class and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The included boat trip up and down the course was comfortable and fun and finally, the music was of a high quality.
As you can tell, we had a fantastic day and would thoroughly recommend attending Henley through ENGAGE

A fantastic evening from start to finish. The concert was amazing, with incredible views that made the experience even more memorable. The atmosphere was electric, and the excellent service and warm hospitality throughout really stood out. Everything was well organised, and the friendly, attentive staff helped make the whole event seamless and enjoyable. A truly great night that exceeded expectations.
