Still not heard anything. Wish I could give minus stars here. This is a company that is happy to take your money, not deliver and not follow up with their customers. The fact that the customer has to chase them to get an update or a response is laughable.

Wrote a 1 star review over two weeks ago. Got a response on the same day. Still waiting for the "customer service team" to reach out to me as mentioned.
Disappointment continues...

Cela fait trois semaines que j'ai commandé une série de produits et j'ai passé une autre commande il y a deux semaines. Toujours rien reçu à ce jour à part deux mails m'indiquant que le prochain contiendra un numéro de suivi de colis. Pas de réponse de leur part à un autre mail envoyé hier. Ma patience a des limites,,,

Like the other customers, how much I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Of course, always the same story: I placed an order, paid for it, and ... then ... NOTHING, radio silence, despite my emails and phone calls. I am really disappointed and angry and will report this case to my legal insurance. I also plan to make this public through a consumer association.

Never received the order. Months & months later after emailing them multiple times, they changed the status to shipped and then removed the order from the website so it’s no longer found.

Ich habe mehr als 6 Monate auf die Lieferung gewartet. Kommunikation nicht möglich. Sehr nervig und enttäuschend, würde da nie mehr bestellen. Vorsicht ist geboten.

J'ai commandé divers produit le 27 février pour un événement, en spécifiant la date pour laquelle j'avais besoin de ces produits (15 mars). J'ai reçu 3 des 14 produits commandés début mars, avec date de péremption le 6 mars, alors que j'en avais besoin pour le 15 mars!! D'après le statut de ma commande, je devrais avoir reçu 5 produits, mais j'en ai reçu que 3 et les 11 autres produits, je ne les ai jamais reçus !!! J'ai écrit plusieurs mails, demandant plusieurs fois une annulation de ma commande et un remboursement pour les produits que je n'ai jamais reçus, mais aucune réponse et bien sûr, je n'ai toujours pas été remboursée (19 avril) ! Fuyez! C'est une honte!

Lieferung kommt nicht Zeitgerecht an. Telefonisch über Homepage nicht erreichbar. Via twint bezahlt, über diese Nummer dann telefonisch jemand erreicht. Dieser Herr war hilfsbereit, Teillieferung kahm, aber dann waren die Würste schon einen Monat abgelaufen. Zweite Lieferung heute gekommen und einige Produkte laufen heute gleich ab. Totale Enttäuschung mit ganzer Bestellung.
Haben auf alles 4 Monate gewartet!

Order never received. Similar situation to what I am reading. Ordered Nov. I was sent a payment link dec. Paid immediately. Nothing december. Wrote an email reminder. No response, no goods to date. I really can't be bothered to take further for the sake of approx CHF 70. My time is far too precious. Would just warn to avoid at all cost.

A simple order of some regular and always available products took 2 months and several reminders from my side to be processed. Never again
And after your reply: I immediately ask you to remove my name from your reply. You do not have permission to publish my name.

I have just (20/3/24) taken delivery of the final items of an order placed on 28/6/2023 i.e. nearlly nine months ago. The oher items were delivered on 6/3/24.

I leave readers to draw their own conclusions.

Ich habe im Oktober bestellt und bezahlt und seither die Ware trotz diverser Nachfragen nicht erhalten. Auch wurde mir nichts zurückerstattet. Irgendeinmal erhielt ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort. Ich habe Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstattet.

Nachtrag am 22.03.2024
Nach der negativen Bewertung auf dieser Plattform meldete sich der angebliche Inhaber des Shops und berichtete von zahlreichen Problemen innerhalb der Firma und dass diese zwischenzeitlich behoben worden seien. Er erstattete den Betrag umgehend und entschädigte mich mit einer kleinen Gratislieferung. Die Bemühungen seitens des Shop-Betreibers waren klar erkennbar, weshalb die Bewertung um zwei Sterne erhöht wurde.

Although the long wait. the products I ordered was what I wanted.... totally satisfied !!!!!

Great delivery service via UPS to Texas took 1 week from the time I ordered.
Great to have the taste of home with scones, shreddies and proper tea.

The experience was rather good. Overall no issues apart from the time it took to deliver the goods from the order date.

Am 27.09.2023 bestellt und am 04.10.2023 bezahlt. Die Lieferung hätte ursprünglich am 23.10.2023 geliefert werden sollten. Auf meine schriftliche Anfrage wurde ich auf Ende November vertröstet. Weiterhin nichts passiert. Meine Bestellung wurde am 11. Januar 2024 gecancelt, ohne mich zu informieren. Wenn man Fragen hätte, solle man die Firma kontaktieren. Auf meine eMail Mitte Februar 2024 habe ich nicht mal mehr eine Antwort erhalten. Hätte ich nur vorher recherchiert, dann hätte ich die CHF 100.00 besser investiert!

Nachtrag vom 11.03.2024
Kurz nach meiner Review hier auf Trustpilot erhielt ich eine eMail vom Inhaber und er entschuldigte sich mehrmals. Ich konnte wählen, ob ich die Lieferung noch möchte oder eine Gutschrift. Ich wählte die Gutschrift und am nächsten Tag hatte ich das Geld auf dem Konto. Ich erhielt sogar noch einen Gutschein über CHF 20.00 für eine nächste Bestellung. Deshalb ändere ich meine Bewerbung von 1 Stern zu 3 Sterne.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I passed an order in September 2023. I amended the order to add products in October. When I contacted the company again in October to inquire about when the order would be delivered, they replied to tell me that they were having an issue ordering certain products. That was the last time I heard from them, despite writing three times (in December, January and February) and calling several times to ask for updates. (Calls and voicemails go unanswered.) This is a total scam.

Very helpful and considerate - we were ordering haggis for Burns night and the team were constantly in contact to ensure this would be delivered in time and making sure we received exactly what we were looking for

I ordered some Bacon and crumpets at te beginning of January. Paid full by credit card for the order. Was supposed to receive the order January 23rd. Tried to contact them via email and phone and through there AI bot on ther site. Got a brief response saying they experienced a split to there orders from UK and they will pick my order soon. Max gave me a full refund on request and has offered to complete the order ASAP and get cash payment on receipt of the goods. I hope this can work as its a great concept, i guess everyone experiences teething troubles so im going to give him a chance.
