Покупал здесь дорогой игровой ноутбук, и честно скажу — немного переживал из-за суммы. Но сервис превзошел ожидания. Магазин постоянно был на связи: менеджеры информировали о каждом этапе, от подтверждения оплаты до передачи в курьерскую службу. Чувствуется ответственный подход к клиенту. Huawei Watch Ultimate watch

I bought a Huawei Watch Ultimate from Enter24.eu for around €640. After a normal recreational dive (~35m), the watch completely failed (black screen, no charging icon, and it warms up on the charger), despite proper care: I followed the manual, rinsed it in fresh water after every dive, and used the water-drain function.

This is not just an inconvenience. A dive computer is safety-critical equipment — divers often depend on it, and reliability can directly affect the user’s health and life. Such failure and unpredictability is unacceptable and potentially dangerous.

I contacted support immediately, but after one week of waiting there was still no practical solution offered. I was also told that the EU warranty is valid only in Estonia, which makes this product and after-sales support unsuitable for divers who travel internationally.

As a result, I was left without a dive computer during my trip and had to purchase a replacement locally. Very disappointed.

Very rude behavior from them

I bought an item from them, and after a while I received an email that the item was out of stock. When I checked again, the same item was already at a higher price. Before that, I had written them an email asking why the purchase documents only indicated the shipping price, but not the price of the item, and their response was that it was a mistake, and the funniest thing was that in the email they offered to buy the same item at a higher price, even though I had already bought it from them at a lower price, but they purposefully canceled my purchase from them.

Very bad shop

Very bad experience, i ordered motherboard it came broken so i send it for warranty repair i have waited 27 days and its still not in poland repair station im from estonia so i guess i need to wait at least 2 weeks i dont suggest to buy anything from them. Very bad experience even i bought motherboard and cpu yes it was like 5% cheaper from other stores but it came without box i spent 300€ and it came with 2 small rubber plastics that hold my cpu VERY BAD I HOPED ITS GONNA BE GOOD EVEN ITS LATVIAN SHOP BUT SO BAD I WON'T SUGGEST TO ANYONE, guys im still waiting after all that time i didnt got any new yes they told that they still waiting news from warranty center but its 21 december its like atleast 50 days later after they got in latvia so i dont suggest even they telling normal like 30 days even that they didnt tell that to me at first so yea im still waiting my motherboard

The warranty process is handled by the official manufacturer’s service centre, not by our shop. Until the service technicians inspect the product, it is impossible to know whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or user damage.

Warranty diagnostics can legally take up to 30 days, and this applies to every service centre in the EU. We fully understand that waiting is frustrating, but this timeline is completely normal for hardware diagnostics.

We have been providing updates regularly.
There are no “hourly updates” during weekends or national holidays, because service centres do not work at those times. As soon as we receive information, we forward it to you immediately.

Regarding packaging – many manufacturers and distributors ship OEM components without a retail box. This does not affect the functionality of the product and does not mean it is used or faulty.

Your product has already been forwarded to the official repair centre, and we expect the next update from them at the end of next week. We will inform you as soon as we receive it.

Negative reviews are of course your choice, but we do not believe a 1-star rating reflects the real situation. The delay is caused by the manufacturer’s warranty procedure, not by our shop, and we have been fully transparent throughout the process.

We remain available for any questions and continue monitoring your case daily.

You might not get what you ordered

Ordered a product i have been looking for everywhere, found it on enter24.eu, the price was good, not unreasonably good, would say 25-35% below the market, so i have not thought it was some kind of error and a thought of something like exploiting it was not on my mind. But after a week of waiting after purchasing it i received a refund and a mail claiming order was cancelled, no explanation of why or what went wrong, cause i did not cancel anything.. I guess they reviewed the pricing and thought it was too low or invalid and have risen it up 40% over the market now and consequently cancelled all orders that were made with "invalid" price. I get that they can do it and all, i have looked at their policies after that happened and there was in fact point that allows them to cancel any orders that they think was put out with wrong price, how convenient isn't it? But from the customer perspective that's just lame and not putting up with your shop responsibilities regarding providing accurate pricings and quality product information etc. i do not think customer should put up with this, i might have had already planned something to do with it upon expected arrival and now i have to deal with canceling my plans. At the end of the day if i was told initially or right away that the product was mispriced and they could not proceed that would have been fine, but it was not. I think i have full right to be frustrated by this experience but you do you.
