The chap who came went out of his way to make sure everything was done and even came back later in the day

Sean Baker attended today to my house for wasp nest in my outside bedroom wall cavity, he was very professional, knowledgeable and well mannered. He knew exactly how to approach the situation. I can highly recommend him and the company

Professional, helpful and friendly.

I'm complaining about the new greedy sales strategy to change the size of the Phemerone pads. This results in customers having to pay to replace their existing plastic trap hangers with marginally larger ones. This creates yet more throwaway plastic for the dump and the additional sticky surface is minimal.

This company helped me out at very short notice and resolved a bad situation very promptly. Providing progress reports straight away. I'd never previously used this company before as had our own pest control company already, but due to their good customer service and speedy resolution to our initial problem, I used them again straight away for another property within our residential portfiolio...A very convenient, professional service was experienced and I would highly recommend using them in future. 5*

We reached out to Environ as we were hearing rodent noises in our floors/ceiling and wanted to identify if it was rats or mice and start an appropriate treatment plan. The team was very responsive to my initial emails and questions. The engineer who did the rodent survey was very experienced and provided clarity on the access points into our celling/floors they could place bait. We did their three-visit treatment plan (and a drain survey to rule out any activity in our drains). The drain team were very good and easy to coordinate with them.

The pest control equipment Environ has (of cameras that can access and view tight areas in the ceiling) was essential to the process to see droppings in areas we couldn’t view ourselves. Overall, the treatment plan was successful in identifying new mice droppings and the level of activity to help with next steps and where they could be coming from. I had additional questions and clarifications after our final third visit, and the Environ team were quick to respond to bring more closure. I would recommend Environ for their services. My only advice is to try and schedule the same engineer for each of the three visits, and one most knowledgeable on the specific situation. This helps with consistency in the treatment, so you don’t have to explain the details to new engineers each time. Overall, thanks to the team and knowledgeable pest control engineers for their support throughout the process!

The Technician Kevin ( sorry Kevin wrong spelling) arrived on time he was professional and very helpful. He did a survey, placed traps and will return within two weeks. So far this has been excellent service at a reasonable price and I would certainly recommend.

Extremely valuable and helpful survey. Unfortunately we’re unable to use their service at this time but would certainly use in the future if we were able to. Quotations very fair and detailed and very impressed by their attitude.

Friendly and comprehensive service

All the appointments were well managed and the staff was very friendly and helpful..

Despite waiting over a week for the appointment to be scheduled, Environ failed to coordinate with drainage team as requested and paid for. They failed to communicate changes to their timings. They failed to bring appropriate equipment, e.g. ladders for investigation as had been stipulated in the very first communication. Very unimpressed - a waste of time and money.
