Indigo Pest Control Reviews

Excellent service from Matthew. Prompt and very polite. Couldn’t have asked for more. Wasps all gone!!

From the 1st phonecall to the engineer arriving it incredibly knowledgeable service (wasp nest). I am allergic so was quite apprehensive and the gentleman on the day put me at ease.

All done and dusted :-)

Wasps nest no longer.

We had a wasp nest in the loft and wasps in the flat. Indigo were able to send someone the next morning, which was good because my wife was freaking out! Matthew arrived bang on time (8:30 am) and dealt with the problem in less than an hour. He had already spent some time looking at the vent in the roof soffit which the wasps were using. He was very reassuring and efficient. Overall, excellent service.

I've used indigo services on a couple of occasions to treat wasps nests. Excellent straight forward service all round - from arranging it with Alex on email to Matt who's done the work for us on both occasions. A very personable and professional service. More than happy to recommend for anyone needing similar.

Great, friendly and professional service.

Indigo Pest control and in particular, Matthew Creeber has been amazing. He came across a series of visits put tracking powder and bait , throughly inspected my house which is a big place with multiple rooms in a terraced house. Friendly helpful and professional, he identified holes and sealed off all possible entry points and I recently had a final visit to conclude the matter.

Alex from Indigo was excellent. He was punctual, the wasp nest removal was efficient and he was really knowledgeable.

He even highlighted damaged brickwork in the loft which I had no idea about.

Really pleased with his work and would recommend to all.

We had an ongoing pest problem and the team supported us with regular visits to monitor and resolve the issue.

Alex and Matthew were helpful, professional, friendly, incredibly responsive and reassuring throughout. Their advice was clear and practical and we always felt confident that everything was under control. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

The issue is now fully resolved and we wouldn’t hesitate to call them again at the first sign of any problem. We’re really grateful for their help and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, knowledgeable and efficient pest control service.

Christian was magic. Sorted our problem out quickly and efficiently on the first visit. Support from the main office was also sympathetic and efficient given our problems came when we had a 3 month old! Highly recommend!

Needed a pest control expert urgently to do a moth survey. Indigo sent someone within the hour, they carried out a very thorough examination and followed up with a report. An amazing service and they could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. Very kind to send someone over at such short notice. I highly recommend.

Excellent service, beginning to end. I spoke to Alex about needing to clean our garage of rat droppings. An appointment was booked for the next day! Matthew came and was friendly, professional and efficient. He treated the area and cleared the debris, leaving us feeling relief that we can use our garage again! Highly recommend Indigo Pest Control.

Great service. Rapid response to my initial enquiry, clear pricing, and an appointment booked in within hours. They attended only a couple of days later and dealt with the wasps nest efficiently. The operator who attended was very polite and informative, dealing with the issue in less than half and hour.
