It an amazing place to make friends and make extra income. It place to grow social connections and social skills, gaming and connections with people. Also, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. However, there things that can improve and to ensure that everyone has the best experience in epal. Overall, this a great place to hang around and definitely recommend!

This application is wonderful. and I reccomend it to those who are looking for companionship, good moments, or a fun atmosphere! With everything that they offer, it makes this community special, and a unique place that is genuine, and different to a regular social app. The support team is very active, and fulfills things very fast, and without such good support, I wouldn't have rated it this high. As an epal on here, I've found friends, clients, and beautiful personalities which can all be explored by joining the community.

think the best thing about epal, is the staff. they always put all their work and effort into creating a safer space for both epalers and clients. as a epaler myself, the staff has been amazing. there are ofcourse some clients that will give u bad experiences but they never outweigh the good experiences. i would fully reccommend

I am a epal and have been since march. I really love the community and the officials of the website. It truly is amazing. The officials and admins make sure to make the community feel safe and fair at all times and the people you meet are amazing. You can make long friendships here and meet some really cool people whether they wanna chat or play games it is a experience you dont wanna miss out on

I reached E-Star 2 within one month and provided strictly SFW services for about two months in late 2025.

After my initial suspension, I was reinstated twice. The first time, I was instructed by staff to create a new account, which was suspended four days later. The evidence referenced appeared to relate to my previous suspension, despite me having been allowed to return.

The second time, I spent around ten days communicating with an official to recover my main account ("Slađe"). I accepted the conditions of reinstatement, including a probationary period and an initial target of 1,500 Buffs, which was later reduced to 800 Buffs.

Less than 12 hours after my account was restored, it was permanently suspended again. E-Pal has since stated this was based on newly submitted complaints and evidence. However, I did not engage in any new prohibited conduct after my reinstatement, and I was never given access to the evidence or enough information to meaningfully respond to the allegations.

During the review, I was also asked, "How many girlfriends do you have?" While E-Pal later explained why the question was asked, I still found the interaction unprofessional in the context of a compliance investigation.

My earlier requests for access to relevant personal data and moderation information did not result in me receiving the underlying information I had requested.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone intending to build a serious business there. The moderation process felt inconsistent, lacked transparency, and left me with no confidence in the fairness of its decision-making.

As a positive, E-Pal eventually responded to my official email with a detailed explanation of their decision. Therefore, 2 stars.

Update following E-Pal's public response:

E-Pal states below that reports and evidence cannot be publicly disclosed for "privacy and safety reasons." I understand the need to protect the identities and private information of other users.

However, this raises an unresolved concern. A non-staff community member, "UrNewAddiction," claimed to have seen evidence relating to my case. I have documentation of that statement. I am not claiming that E-Pal directly provided this information to him, because I cannot establish how he allegedly obtained it. However, given E-Pal's stated emphasis on confidentiality, I believe it is reasonable to ask how information or evidence concerning my moderation case was apparently accessible to, or known by, someone outside the moderation team.

I am not asking E-Pal to publicly identify complainants or publish anyone else's private information. I am asking for sufficient information concerning the allegations against me to understand and meaningfully respond to the basis of the decision.

E-Pal also disputes the 1,500-Buff figure in its response below. To clarify, my review already states that 1,500 Buffs was the initial figure communicated to me and that it was subsequently reduced to 800 Buffs. I retain the relevant correspondence.

I used the platform for a long time and, honestly, I never had any major complaints. Even when something wasn't exactly as I expected, I never made a big deal out of it.

A few days ago, I contacted a girl on the platform. During our conversation, she was clearly flirting with me and trying to encourage me to make a purchase. Once she realized I wasn't interested, her attitude changed completely. She even told me directly, "I'll report you for harassment."

The next day, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned, along with my device, and the balance I had on the platform was frozen.

I don't blame the platform itself—I blame the moderator or administrator who handled the report. Banning someone based solely on a few screenshots and one side of the story is unfair. At the very least, there should have been an investigation or a warning before issuing a permanent ban. If I had crossed a line, I would have understood receiving a warning. Instead, I was permanently banned without any opportunity to explain my side of the situation, even though the service provider's behavior played a significant role in how the conversation unfolded.

Based on my experience, I can't recommend using the platform. Your account can be permanently banned, and any balance on it can be frozen without prior warning or an opportunity to appeal before the action is taken.

P.S. I did contact their support team by email, but I never received a reply. Take the money, enjoy it!

I really had no idea I would feel so welcomed in a community before, until I joined e-pal. Not only are the other e-pals outstanding individuals, and the clients are so extremely sweet. The people who own e-pal are also one of the most kind, helpful, and generous people I have EVER met. They made sure to greet me with open arms when becoming an e-pal, even when I had my doubts on even making it in e-pal, they ENCOURAGED me to keep going with their kind words. I am so extremely grateful for everyone I have met on here, and I hope that more people join so they can also feel blessed with all of these sweet, gentle souls. I am writing this with a BIG smile on my face right now, because I cheese over the idea of e-pal. If you're looking for a genuine open space, please get e-pal.

I've been on E-pal for over a year and it has been a great experience from my perspective, knowing a lot of interesting and amazing people (epalers and clients), some of them became my friends now, I would say that my experience working there has been one of the best, not only because they have the lowest commission rates I've ever seen, but also because the support team is very attentive and always available to answer questions. The information is clear and easy to find for leveling up and gaining more exposure. You hardly have to do anything for potential clients to find you; I'd say the site does almost everything for you. You just make a post, and they simply come. I've taken the time to write this review to be very precise with the details that many people don't consider when looking for a place to work and are swayed by first impressions or rumors from other people who probably didn't know how E-pal really worked. My only opinion on the matter is: read the information, do your job and don't break the rules. E-pal is my full-time job, and I don't regret anything. I hope to continue here as long as possible.

Incredibly positive, most if not all of the Epal's I've chatted with are excellent also if I need to do a multiplayer mode in a game, I use epal for that experience as well, some of the epals take it more seriously than others and thats why they really stand out- I'm glad to be a part of it
