Epilogue provides excellent service. I created my will and POA in a smooth and user friendly process. It is good that they provided witnesses service too. Highly recommended service.

Very easy to navigate. There was one question where I was not given a choice, regarding grandchildren and a trust. It had choices of 18 years of age to 40 years of age as to when I would like them to have access. I have no grandchildren but I wasn't able to continue without choosing the criteria.

Epilogue seems to know all the necessary information and user requirements. It's pricing is reasonable. I'm very happy and lucky to have come across it.

Das Paket wurde offenbar von DHL verloren und ich musste ganze drei Monate auf die Rückerstattung meines Geldes warten. Die Kommunikation und die Abwicklung des Falls haben sich viel zu lange hingezogen. Als Kunde erwartet man eine schnellere und unkompliziertere Lösung. Insgesamt eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Daher kann ich weder das Produkt empfehlen noch bin ich mit dem Kundenservice zufrieden.

Very simple to use and great customer service if you have any questions!

Epilogue made drafting my Will very easy. Their interface is clean, and completing it was very clear. The whole process took about an hour, even with frequent interruptions by young children and discussing details with the wife. It would have taken less than 20 minutes without such interruptions. The document produced is quite long and verbose (14 pages), but this is fairly common with online Wills, and not worth taking off a star. There's now no excuse for dying intestate!

Process and format was easy to follow and in a good order. I called with a few questions, spoke to Daniel, he clarified everything. Answered all my questions. I was able to get will for my wife and I as well as POA all in a secure spot.

Simplicity of filling the online form made things much easier to navigate through the different aspects of the "Will". I was so concerned about getting the "Will" completed until my Financial Advisor at RBC DS sent me the Link to Epilogue. I was impressed with how simply everything was explained even before starting the process. Filling out the forms went much more quickly than I had anticipated. I had been putting off preparing a Will for ages. Had I known how easy it was going to be I'd have done it much sooner. Received my copy in the mail in no time & everything looks professional.
