Was given great customer service, answering loads of questions & giving great advice before buying a Fenwick titanium mask and it was out of hours.
My order came quickly and the few times I've used it, I've seen a difference in my horse and used it on my friends horse who is usually scared of the clippers and tries to dart all over the place, with the mask on he was a bit wary, but stood to be clipped, what usually is done over 2 days, took about 30/45 minutes!

Really helpful product advice before and after purchase. Great to be able to try the ears for my spooky TB. They didn’t help us but returning them was super easy and I was refunded promptly.

I liked the personal touch! It wasn't an anonymous online transaction (I had purchased a Photizo). Documents were emailed such as useful articles, manuals, what to do in the event of a problem etc. A follow up email was then sent to check the item had arrived & that I was happy with it.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend & buy from them again.
