If I could give 0 stars I would. Took my money, did 50% of the work and then blanked me.

Cowboys, don't part with your money.

Now called eq2 surfacing and groundworks but still the same people and still robbing customers.

I would rate Kris and his team 6 stars if possible, after my driveway was left in utter disrepair by another company I contacted Kris to see if he could come out to quote. He was honest from the get go & advised me of all the steps he would need to take, his pricing & his payment terms. He also made clear that with the weather closing in at this time of the year it might be impossible to complete before the new year. Anyways, fast forward 3 weeks later & I had a brand new driveway just in time for Christmas, 10/10 from me, I'm disappointed to see the other reviews on here but I'm sure there is 2 sides to every story. My experience was exemplary & have recommended Kris to anyone that has seen my drive.

This company carried out work for a friend and that went relatively smoothly.

I got them to do work to front and rear gardens on the strength of her recommendation.

I can't complain about the work they carried out as it was done to a good standard. However, they started another job for me and have not been back since 27.09.2025 (writing this on 19.12.2025).

The rear garden is unusable and they've left large, heavy items on the grass that I can't move so the grass underneath now will be ruined.

They started the terrace at the bottom of the garden and did some raised planters, again, happy with the work so far.

Then, they disappeared. Zero contact, zero response to any of my messages until I mentioned going down the legal route.

Was then met with apologies, excuses and false promises.

Promised everything would be resolved the following week, and here we are, FIVE full weeks later and still no resolution.

I've paid for materials and the value I've paid doesn't equate to the materials that were used/delivered.

I'm sorry to say this, but I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. They may be reincarnated under another company name, however Kris Swapp is the man behind this. Lovely chap in person, terrible business head on him.

Avoid at all costs! Totally ripped off by this company. It’s going to cost £10k to get it all fixed. Trusted these people in good faith, paid up front for work at my home and my business premises. Due to the mess they have made I can’t operate my business as fully as intended.

This company asked for payment up front of almost £1,000. They have not done any of the work at all, they have avoided replying from emails, messages on Facebook & text messages to make it right. They have avoided any contact, they read messages, do not reply or acknowledge then block you from contacting them further. I have also been made aware that this company has been a few others in the past, they change the name, put someone else's name on the company register. Shocking & disgusting that they have stolen peoples money, taken hard earned money from people upfront & don't carry out the work, do not acknowledge & cause stress & anxiety to people. This is also being taken further by reporting them to Trading Standards & to the Police as this is fraud, obtaining money by deceptive means, theft.
