wendy i thought you might find this interesting about the EHO and such ;Ive been living in my house from the mid july ish with rats living in my loft .When i first suspected it was rats YHG told me it was nothing to do with them when i double checked there were loads of bricks missing above the bedroom window where i was sleeping so your housing it was to do with you as your faulty brickwork allowed rats in my loft imade complaints to all the upper echelons of the company what a laugh the was it was finally bricked up on the 25 i thinkit was august after threatening to go to social media .Has that stopped them NO they may have done the outside but didnt even think of looking on the inside until there pest control showed me three holes im sure you no all the blurb they come out with soive got legal advice and leaving it with them.I was also offered £90 compensation then £150 then another email coud we discuss an amount to resolve the matter absolutely no chance cos the knew it would end up in court and it will . ive lived in this house for over 45 years after taking over the tenancy could it get any worse more than likely left hand doesnt no what there right hands doing theyre all a bunch of incompetent idiots .Dont even thinkof doing the sorry thing thats well gone

After being a pvt tennant for 18 years (owner was selling) I was given a bungalow by YHG. Before I moved in they did quite a bit of work to the place - yes I had to paint it myself and put down flooring (a big expense) but at least I can call this my "forever home" Iv been here coming up 2 months and any repairs reported they did within 2 weeks. A BIG thank you to the Office Staff - they've been wonderful in helping me with Council Tax / Housing Benefit issues

Every one in my neighbourhood has had new kitchens and bathrooms I've had to repair my kitchen work tops and cabinet doors with vinyl coverings from the day I moved in has my kitchen worktops had burn marks doors hanging off and chunks missing out the doors. When I call no one wants to know. I've recently called about electrical problems the bathroom lights which doesn't work they hung up twice

I would highly recommend the Housing Group, especially Milan, the Allocation and Letting Officer, and her colleague Paul. They have been absolutely fantastic in supporting my mum throughout the whole process, from helping her understand the allocation and letting process to making sure she was properly settled into her new property.

Everyone we have dealt with has been polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Their support and guidance have made the whole experience much easier for my mum, and we are very grateful for everything they have done.

Thank you to Milan, Paul and the whole team for your excellent service. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

On my housing records it states I offered to buy my own kitchen sink unit,this is an absolute lie, they tried to charge me for it.Also had a gang try to chop trees down illegally and bring all the waste through my rented so called home,left me with no bathroom fan dripping stagnant water for more than ten years, causing constant health issues and finally losing my hair,do they hate their own tenants, feels like it looks like it too.

Shocking. Misled tenants into signing an updated tenancy agreement with significantly worse conditions, and now refuse to repair internal fire doors. Have they not heard of Grenfell?

I have repeatedly asked them to repair the dangerous flagstones through this property. Talk and promises is I get. 3.5 years later, I tripped and fell, fortunately for me I fell onto the grass and besides a twisted ankle was okay. Yesterday my wife fell and landed on her face smashing a tooth and severely cutting her lip, hurting her wrist and chin! This is their idea of duty of care for the elderly.

Shocking forced into taking the flat in March of last year or I would of been homeless were do I start a team should of gone on I think void team to clean and remove items old fridge freezer left with food and ling back hairs in fire doors not fitted right front door fitted without restriction to stop it banging plastic trunking hanging from the ceilings held with a screw underneath asbestos report asked for this year in April penny pitchers sent out somebody to take samples etc without protection window cleaner turns up once or twice a year but we pay every month hydro clean none existent from October last year lift constantly breaking down with elderly people in the building poor entterance for ambulance to get upstairs my 90 year old nieghbour got stuck in the lift on a few occasions I've booked jobs in multiple times and they have young kids working from home Jan the supervisor who does the contract none contactable manager is like okay pocas now you see me now you don't roofs and gutters left discusting had an appointment today for them to come and do repair yet again a call late afternoon to say rearranged to the 24th YOUR HOUSING POOR DISCUSTING DONT CARE IM TAKING YOU TO COURT NOW OTTOBURN HOUSE MONTON how you can get away with this I will never no please do not get a property from these money grabbers penny pitchers SOLICITORS NOW THEY HAD CHANCES AND NOT DONE WORK YET AGAIN IM HURT FUMING PUSHED ASIDE

i don't know where these ratings are coming from i lived in the ribbleton flats with these and i had the best experience living in there i had no problems all was good manager excellent even the cleaner was nice they both even tried to find me a job. but i wanted to be back in blackpool so i had to move if i could get a place with these again i would move in again but this time just a flat not bedsits or studios but they don't have property in blackpool or st,annes anyway those reviews that give less than 5 stars are not happy in life full stop.

Your Housing Group are a terrible company to deal with and I recommend you stay away. We own a shared ownership property with them ( we own 80%)
Over the years if we have had building issues we picked up the phone logged the issue then they sent a team out to repair / resolve the issue. They have repaired issues with our roof on 5 previous occasions they even erected scaffolding on one occasion.
So on 7th May we logged an issue with our roof, but now they tell us it’s our responsibility it’s always been and the previous repairs were done in error along with other houses on our road. We have requested copies of this original agreement but they are not sending them or returning our calls.
So my advice is don’t do shared ownership with this company they are so unprofessional

Kills me to leave even 1 star these donkeys taking money off hard working people. I could write a book about these fraudsters but the latest is gutter cleaning. Had to have the day off work WHY I don't know for the gutters to be cleaned. I have a loud door bell and a video camera placed above my door. At 11am I got a text message to say the job had been completed. They had not been near. After waiting 2 hrs for the phone to be answered by the way I did the call back thing no ne called back. I eventualy got through said I would be passed to the repair team. Instead they put me back in the queue another 45 mins to speak to someone. Repeated all again a lady called Gail. She said she'd get back to me. Eventualy she did but I couldn't hear her so she left a message saying they had been and took a picture of my door as no one was in FAT LIES. They said they couldn't do the job as they need special equipment. Never heard this before. Special equipment to clean gutters and please surely you would no this before you came out to do your job. Just lies and more lies excuses for the fact YO DID NOT COME. So a day off work lost a day's pay and nothing but lies from the good for nothing so called proffesional 360 group. I'm a actually on the phone now waiting for it to be answered 57 mins upto now no one can be bothered to pick up. I just wish they would do one and let a company that can actualy help people take over.

It kills me to say anything positive about Your Housing (see previous reviews ) but something rather miraculous has happened. I have come across a lady in the leasehold department who is wonderful! Her name is Celia and she is by turns responsive, honest, helpful and knowledgeable. Emails and calls are returned same day and even same hour sometimes, her advice is sound, and I hope to God she sticks around long enough to take over as Chief Exec.. Bravo Celia, I wish there were more like you!!

I recently moved into a flat owned by your housing, after spending a week decorating it all and getting new furniture, the upstairs neighbour had a leak which resulted in my flat being flooded with the celling collapse. all my belongings are still in the property and ruined! And trying to get hold of someone from your housing is hard work and when you do get a response it’s through text messages and not phone calls! They are so unprofessional! The person I’m dealing with and getting nowhere is Emily.

Reported a repair on my electrcs as the RCD kept tripping, electrician turned up, tested the cooker, sairt the cooker was faulty. I rarely use it so said 'It might be the cooker wire, as I had recently pulled out the cooker to clean behind it'. "No, he said, it isn't that". I asked him to check, "no point, definitely the cooker. I took him at his word, bought a new cookjer at £400+. Cooker came, I pulled out the old 'broken' cooker and found the wire had split, causing the trip. The incompetent engineer cost me £400+.
That was one of a miriad tales to tell of this housing group, I had a fence issue, people could walk into my garden from the main road, 'Not our problem' they said. A woman moved in, small privacy fence either side. She complained because her dog could get trhough, new fence for her! Most of the staff steal a living.
Their stock reply 'we are sorry you wrote a bad review so we are pretending to want to help now' routine is hogwash. They ignored me at the time.

13 years living in their supposed housing. Absolutely disgusting service. Lining their pockets with hard earned wages. Nobody gives a damn. Repairs not done. Hosing officers don't give a damn. Should be held accountable. Living in damp black mould conditions. They will also do their up most to inhabit the worst tenants around you. I've had it all. Drud dealers. ASB. Need to get out while you can.

Totally useless, live in a shared ownership property. Needed roofv epair they tell me rood is wholly my responsibility, insurance won't pay as it'd due to wear and tear.

Terrible housing association, they take your money for the rent but not interested in keeping up with repairs. We ended up with environmental health getting involved and they've ignored them too!! Our issues have been on going for over 3 years and we're no further forward.
The staff are rude, condescending and unhelpful. They are causing us huge mental and physical health issues and they couldn't care less, so long as they get their rent.
I wish we could move but like so many social housing tenants, we are stuck and they know that and use that to their advantage. My advice to anyone looking to rent would be not to even look at them.
