Efficient and quick but feel ripped off. Treated an infestation of cluster flies on a same day service HOWEVER they left the ‘slow release’ cans which I googled and found out they are less than £10 per can. They used 2 cans and charged us £228!!! Honestly, next time I’ll buy my own ‘fly spray’ and save over £200. They were at my property for maximum 15 minutes.

All this company does (after they’ve got your money) is call up a local business in your area (that they have often never dealt with before) and get them to do the work at a much lower price.
They then seem to not bother paying the contractor that they hired.
The company also has trustpilot reviews under ERG Facilities and not ERG Facilities Ltd. It’s the same company but the reviews are more genuine.

I lost all power to my home. Contacted ERG at 12:30 and engaged them to provide an electrician. I was informed the contractor would be visiting between 13:00 and 18:00. ERG contacted me at 17:45 to inform me that they had nobody available to attend that day nor could they give me an indication of when somebody could attend. If they had been honest up front I could have engaged somebody else but due to their deceit and not contacting me until after normal working hours I ended up having to use an emergency out of hours contractor with extremely high charges.

SCAM COMPANY BEWARE. ALL BE TRADES BE VERY CAREFUL
FROM EXPERIENCE IF YOU WORK AS A CONTRACTOR TRADESMAN.

They do not pay their invoices and when I chase you can’t get hold of them or they promise it will be the next day!

Gardam pest control who came to remove the nest was very professional and friendly did the job nice and quick

I can’t give a review yet because maybe the wasps nest needs another treatment. too early to tell but the response from the lady spraying the nest was so quick she was there in a matter of hours.

SCAM COMPANY WHO AQUIRE LEADS FROM GOOGLE AND THEN SELL TO LOCAL FIRMS WHO CARRY OUT THE WORK AND NEVER GET PAID.

THEY PLAY AND BALANCE EACH COMPANY JUST RIGHT SO THE RETRIEVAL OF THE DEFAULTED INVOICES IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OF GOING DOWN THE LEGAL ROUTE.

Was given a window between 10am and 2pm but the engineer didn’t arrive until 4:10pm.
It was also the most expensive service I’ve ever had.

Awful company to deal with. I had 2 seperate bookings with them and both times the engineer didn’t show up twice. Not only that, but zero communication from all of it. I have had to continuously chase an update. The advisors literally could not care less. When I explained I was unhappy with what’s happened the response was ok shall I cancel this then. It’s almost laughable at this point. Asked the details to make a complaint and was passed to a manager who could then give me a generic customer service email address. Didn’t ask what the issue was or if he could help. I would stay well clear of this company.

Registered with mob & after 6 job with NO payments made alarm bells rang.
They never paid a single invoice I have to drag them through court for the tune of 2k
Also prices they charge customer is a rip off BE WARNED.

Quick, efficient and courteous service.

Booked for a new heating pump to be fitted. Stayed I all day nobody turned up had to phone them to chase it up .then they phoned.me and said no one was available. So rebooked 2 days later .stayed in all day .they kept changing the time and say they were dealing with it .I had to phone them again..nobody came out terrible services.icancelled the booking 7 in the evening don't belive people wud l keep u sat in till this time without a.call don't use this company there not local and sub contact . And over priced.

I was looking for an emergency service that they would provide. The first thing I asked their operative was "do you cover my postcode otherwise we are wasting each others time". The answer was yes. (important later). I asked for a service and I was quoted £135 (per hour) + VAT. Expensive but Monday was a Bank Holiday. They gave me a time. One hour before the time expired they rang me to push the time to another two hours. One hour before that expired they rang me to say they would attempt tomorrow. I asked why I was paying a premium price for an emergency when Tuesday a) was more than 24 hours after I had first phoned and b) was not a Bank Holiday. I received no convincing answer. On Tuesday they rang to cancel altogether as they had no one in my area who could respond. (see above). I got a local plumber who's rate (even for two hours) was less than I had been quoted. So if you live in a city (and have money to burn) by all means use this company. The people who phoned me were perfectly polite and it must be a disappointment for them that they are unable to help due to causes beyond their control. That, however, is not the picture given by their website. I did warn them to expect a less than favourable review.

I struggled with this rating as whilst I appreciated the prompt response and the friendliness of the employee Nicholas Carpenter, it was the cost that stressed me out. The two visits cost me £700 however, Nicholas’s efforts were fruitless in capturing the ‘rodent’. I appreciate that not all attempts are successful but I remain concerned that the problem remains. Nicholas assures me that his proofing work has done the trick however, it was a very expensive job that may not be solved. If the problem returns, I will have to consider an alternative company purely for financial reasons.

Lovely, efficient people. However, £318 for a 3/4 hour on-site pest control service for my 2 bedroom bungalow? It's just too much!

We had a stubborn blockage in an en-suite. My usual plumber being too ill to attend, ERG sent me a very competent plumber who sorted out the problem quickly. I had struggled to find anyone to come out at short notice and they solved my problem in 24 hours. The service is relatively expensive but to have the problem solved gives great peace of mind and I would use them in an emergency again.

I have no complaints about the people involved - initial contact when I rang was fine, and the electrician was friendly and efficient.
BUT - I was given a 4 hour slot for an electrician to come a couple of days after my call, only to be rung about 20 minutes before the end of the slot and told that no-one would be coming and the slot would have to be rebooked. Not satisfactory! (The electrician himself was not aware of what had happened previously.)

We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company! The so called plumber turned up , refused the job as he just wanted to fix a leak and it was a little more than that. Heidi from customer support told us we would have to pay for the hour at £135 plus vat for his attendance although he hasn’t done a thing . We watched him drive off and Heidi called us then to say he had refused the job so she could reduce it to £78.00 pluse vat . And so we have been charged and no work done . She was condescending rude and unfriendly . Stay away from
This company . Their plumbers do not want any job too big , having said that it was a leak on the bath and to fit a new sink . Don’t think it was too much to ask .

Excellent service by the company that carried ou the job.
