Awful. Ordered replacement buckle for omnibaby - hadn't turned up after two weeks so emailed. They didn't respond to first email, their chatbot was useless; they responded to second email to say bas... Toon meer

I ordered a baby bouncer and baby carrier on 8 March. Despite numerous emails to Ergobaby, i have had no updates on where my order is, when I can expect to receive it or refund options. We are now in April, over 1 month since I placed the order. I am simply disgusted at the lack of customer service. They were very happy to take my money promptly and then have gone on to ignore me completely since.
This is outrageous and they should be reported to trading standards.
Happy to take the money but don’t send out your items AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!
Honestly this company shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. More than happy to take money for items they never send out. Your baby carriers are some of the most expensive on the market, so the very least you can do is invest that money into getting yourselves decent customer service or maybe pay your dispatchers more money to do their jobs?
We ordered two carriers in March and all we have is 2 emails telling us 5 business days and they’ll be delivered. Incase you’ve forgotten Monday to Friday are classed as business days. Don’t take orders you can fulfill. Complete greed by yet another company.
Customer service non existent. Has this company gone under? Not only did delivery take well over a month but now I cannot get hold of anyone to process my return. Everyone should avoid.

Ordered 2 baby carriers in March. Still have not received these and have attempted to contact Ergobaby by phone, email and social media. Like everyone else has said, I wish I read these reviews before purchasing directly. As one of the leading brands of baby carrier this is extremely poor service. Currently looking to have order refunded to purchase elsewhere.
Disappointing customer service. Only generic email responses. Placed my order 2 weeks ago and 2nd time around receive email from them saying "Your order should be shipped within the next five business days."Their products are not cheap to begin with, so one can assume logistics packing and transport aspect is taken in a count at time they were established. However, when you face delays on getting your order at marked time lines you see ergobaby is not investing in this at all.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering the ergobaby high chair on their website. I have been waiting for one month now and it has not yet even been dispatched.It is a shame as the quality of the products are good.
The customer service agent was friendly and answered my question. However, had I known the delivery would take this long I would not have purchased this product.

Very poor customer service. There's no immediate assistance (eg phone support), and email support is absolutely abysmal. This is just to have questions answered to make a purchase; I can't imagine having a problem with the actual product itself. Guess it's better to go with another company that offers actual service to customers
As mentioned in other reviews, the customer service and delivery turnaround are poor. I ordered a bouncer direct from Ergobaby UK two weeks ago, to take advantage of a deal, and it has not arrived. I chased a week ago and was sent tracking details for DHL, which it is not clear would otherwise have been sent to me. The parcel has been showing as in Hamburg for a week now, with no movement. I appreciate that Brexit causes delays but the lack of communication is disappointing, and it is not immediately obvious from the UK website that the product does not ship from the UK. I would strongly advise against buying from this company direct as they do not appear to be able to handle shipping to the UK.
Terrible customer service. Should have readym the reviews before purchase! This brand is the leading company of baby carriers. I purchased a carrier last week as there was a sale (baby carrying week). Considering how expensive they are I decided to make a purchase. I did not plan on using the website at first and only did due to the limited edition designs they had exclusive to their website. The tracking did not come through and now I have been informed it is stuck at customs. Customer service is slow also. Luckily I have used a sling library so know the carrier is a good quality but they need to sort their customer service out! Dreading waiting for the carrier to arrive.

Product not good, the carrier was an awful fit for myself and my husband. Customer service is appalling when trying to return it, they have a courier that comes to pick up (giving you a whole day slot so you have to wait around all day). For two days I have waited at home for this pick up and they haven't showed up or phoned me, even though the customer service says they have. It's disgusting really, you would think that for a company that is a leader that their products and customer service would be better. Do not buy directly from this company.

I purchased this carrier because I was led to believe it would be supportive of my baby’s hips. Sadly, it didn’t offer enough neck support for my newborn and I had to borrow a friend’s carrier.
Once my friend needed her carrier back, my baby used the carrier for around a month before needing to be outward facing. When I fitted the carrier so my baby could be outward facing? My baby’s limbs turned blue and I immediately stopped using it. I asked for support from Ergobaby and eventually someone video called me to offer support. I followed all of the instructions during the call but the carrier would still not fit appropriately. The Ergobaby representative on the call agreed it wasn’t a good fit and suggested that I might need the next size up. My baby is 6 months and (8kg) so I was supposed to have another 6 months of use. I asked whether they would be willing to exchange the barely used carrier but they wouldn’t, they offered 25% off the next size up. Obviously I don’t want to purchase again from Ergobaby as I’m not confident their products will fit and I don’t want to spend money on two useless carriers.
I have had a problem with my carrier (omni360 ). It has become stretched so our baby sits too low and she’s not supported properly. Despite providing over 20 photographs of the problem and a video, along with countless emails the company are denying there is an issue. I have purchased a different carrier (Tula) but given the supposed 10 yr guarantee I am extremely disappointed, particularly with customer service
I have ordered my ergobaby Indigo weave 4 weeks ago. Today after a huge and unjustified delay, I have received the classic weave which is NOT what I have ordered. This is a clear example of poor customer service which obliged me to spent many days at home to wait for your delivery and to obtain the wrong product as the final outcome. My partner is pregnant and she needs to see my gp, midwife and other appointments and she cannot have an additional problem for your incompetence. I have called your customer service today and they have not been supportive and did not take my problem seriously.
Thanks guys for a wonderful product. Baby sleep soundly in the ergo 360 and I can get on with my day!
