Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Schreibtisch mit Echtholzplatte auf die Homepage von Ergohide gestoßen. In fünf Minuten hatte ich meinen Wunschschreibtisch ganz easy konfiguriert und war begeistert von den frei wählbaren Produktbausteinen. Insbesondere das intelligente Kabelmanagement hatte es mir angetan. Die Lieferung erfolgte dann innerhalb einer Woche. Alle Komponenten waren sehr gut verpackt und sind deshalb unbeschädigt eingetroffen. Die Montage der Teile erfordert Sorgfalt und ein wenig handwerkliches Geschick. Das Montagevideo auf der Homepage war dabei sehr hilfreich. Das Endprodukt ist kein Schnäppchen aber jeden Euro wert. Es ist jetzt der glanzvolle Mittelpunkt meines Büros.

I love my new desk, the artistic look and feel - pictures do not do it justice. It's heavy for sure, but that's exactly what I am looking for.
The service and responsiveness from the team are absolutely among the best in customer service.

Desk is amazing. One packet missed the delivery but the response to my message was instant. The missing package was put to delivery the same day and came in 3 days. Human errors are normal but the customer support response time is on its own level and works like a charm.

Their desk is great quality, I am super happy with it. It is beautiful and I could finally get one to my desired 240 cm length here. I would 100% recommend this company and their products

I'm very satisfied with the ErgoHide desk for several reasons:
1) it's very well-made;

2) assembly was very easy thanks to the clear instructions and the screw holes are exactly where they belong;

3) the customer service is very attentive to customer needs.

These are high-quality desks and accessories. Despite experiencing some issues due to supply problems, the after-sales service has always been exceptionally responsive and very accommodating (including offering a free accessory as compensation). I highly recommend them!

Fantastic premium desk and good instructions on assembling it. It came well packaged when it was sent from the EU to the UK. Overall I'm super happy with the bespoke desk size to fit my office space. They were also super quick to reply to my support query of changing something on the order.

The desk is very nice, robust and high quality.
At delivery, DHL had managed to damage the desk and when I contacted ErgoHide with documentation, there was not talk back and forth, they simply send me a new desk plate.
Furthermore, I have had some other dialogue with ErgoHide service and they are very friendly and capable.
I fully recommend ErgoHide

For a corner desk some of the instructions could have been clearer and it was easier to build in two halves that put it all together and then try to turn it over
For the UK market the cable management workaround is not great. Brought some UK specific power strips that worked much better. Given it's cost this was the only disappointing aspect of the desk.

Company responded well to queries. So still worth 5 stars even with the niggle of the pwer strips

The product is fantastic.
High-quality wooden board that's beautiful to look at and lovely to touch. The mechanical part works perfectly, and the LED strip adds a modern and stylish touch.

We got two custom made desks from Ergohide. The desks are beautifully made and everything is very high quality. The desks where delivered on time and in good condition. Ergohide is very attentive to their costumers and their costumer service is very fast to reply.

My new desk has arrived and I’m absolutely thrilled.
Photos don't do it justice. It's far more striking in person, with that liveliness and warmth only real wood can convey.
The details are really well thought out, and I was pleasantly surprised I assembled something this big and solid using just a small allen key and no hassle at all.
One important thing to mention is that the desk doesn't wobble when raised.

Before buying the desk, I exchanged a few emails with the Ergohide team. They were very responsive, helpful and friendly.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Ergohide.
