Very disappointed- I wanted to pick my item up instead of shipped. I got socked with $20 shipping fee. I messaged within seconds when it went to shipping vs pick up. Erik’s said they couldn’t stop it, hard to believe. I will be returning my product.

Hi Scott, thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We don't currently offer pick-up from our Central HQ but will look to see if this is something we can offer in the future. That said, any inventory at our Central HQ is available to order online and pick-up at any of our Retail Locations for no extra charge. There is lead time with getting product from our Central HQ to a Retail Location (3-10 business days depending on location) but in the future, that would be an option for you.
