I am thoroughly enjoying the workday live training class with Mary. Her teaching methodology is very detailed and easily follow able by any individual with no experience in the field. She is extremely knowledgeable and shares real world scenarios in the class as well. I also greatly appreciate her mentoring and strong belief that every hard working individual can succeed. I definitely recommend this course to everyone seeking training in workday.

Mary Kavin as teacher n leader & Shaila as coordinator & all team is doing really great work for those who really want to step in IT filed & head no idea from where to start. Mary's team providing platform with opportunities... keep up the good work

Scam alert: Wish it was real training and not a partial scam. My beef is with how "ERP Cloud Training" guys are defrauding students by manipulating reviews on Google and Trust pilot.

Some of the red flags that made me conclude that:
1. Trainer asking for 'good' reviews as a condition to provide training material - quid pro quo setup
2. Trainer never showing her face on training session
3. Trainer not allowing peers to interact due to fear or getting exposed
4. Trainer not allowing any communication among students, without her being present.

While. they do aim to provide training for said number of hours, quality of the training suffers significantly due to trainer's lake of deep knowledge and tendency to preach "life lessons" instead of staying on technical training.

I hope Trustpilot stays true to its name and investigate this quid pro quo setup and not continue to disregard this serious concerns around review credibility.

Unfortunately, most students don't realize that by posting 5-star review in return of training material, they are inadvertently participating in unethical and unfair act of malpractice that affects keeps this cycle of fraud going!

Suggestions to trainer:
1. Stop preaching, focus on training
2. DO NOT ask for reviews as a condition for material, that unfair, unethical and does not suite educator
3. Be concise, be professional
4. Show your face, trainers should set right example and not hide

Suggestions to Trustpilot:
1. Have a system to catch quid-pro-quo i.e. paid reviews
2. Investigate fraud claims even if % fraud reported is small. Bigger the fraud, longer it lasts, bigger the sound when it blows up

Update: I felt like its unfair to other good instructors who are doing honest work but company like ERP Cloud Training takes advantage by manipulating review system and benefits financially by engaging in unfair practice that amounts to fraud. I hope Trustpilot stays true to its brand and research this.

Its not hard to find out the unfair practice, all you have to do is attend the course! Competitors of ERP Cloud Training may be interested in exposing.

Mary's knowledge and dedication to excellence have helped me by giving me excellent training and a thorough understanding of Workday. Students are inspired by Mary's contagious optimism and excitement to take on problems and proceed confidently. She is the ideal balance of push and encouragement. Very adaptable to our particular demands as students and to our training. I would advise anyone trying to learn Workday, whether they have an IT experience or not, to check out her check out her curriculum, in my opinion. Mary uses her more than 30 years of professional experience in her classes and in her role as a trainer, mentor, and guide to make learning simple and approachable.

I love how the instructor took her time on the previous recordings that was recorded. She was also very knowledgeable and pointed out a lot of key points. I like how this company provided cheat sheets so that you can go back practice and study.

ERP Cloud training class is very beneficial, I have learned so much from the prep- course videos and now the live classes with Mary are so helpful. She goes into details about the subject and is always available to answer all your questions. I absolutely love this class.

First of all, it is a wonderful way to start the year - upgrading my skills for the future.
Also, I believe this will be an opportunity to understand workday system integration and how workday functions can be applied on a day to day basis in organisations.

ERP Cloud Training is an excellent training platform that helped me with my career ambitions. Mary is an excellent trainer who trains you to perfection. After the training I immediately got a contract job. I was a complete fresher when I got acquainted with ERP Cloud Training, now I have nearly three years of professional experience thanks to Mary. A perfect platform to learn workday. The course content was intent. Prep Course gives basic knowledge and logistics that we are going to cover in actual live classes. Learning resources, Assignments, Cheat sheets and Q&A sessions were pretty informative. For me, the most interesting thing is that the topics covered are from real time. Vast experience of Instructor/Mentor-Mary with workday and her lead classes helps us to focus on the topics that are required.

I am enrolled in the HCM Cloud training because I am looking to break into HCM after a doing admin, personnel and payroll, as well as data analytics for over 25 years in the military. Mary is a great instructor and I cannot wait to use the knowledge and skills she has taught to start out even at least part-time!

I find this course very detailed and more than one can ask for to deeply understand Workday. Trainer Mary is just beyond awesome and have so many years of experience in wide variety of Workday modules. She answers all the questions one can have. I am more than impressed with the quality of training of Workday modules such as core HCM concepts, payroll, etc. Very nice training and I will definitely recommend to a friend.

After lots of web research to find a good Workday training, I am so grateful I came across ERP Cloud Training. Initially, attended the live demo class and was so impressed. I am fairly new to Workday and I enrolled in the HCM, payroll, finance & time tracking training. I must say its been a wonderful experience even though the workday space is a new terrain for me. The instructor has over 15years experience in workday & her style of teaching is the best. I will strongly encourage anyone planning to go into workday to consider training with ERP Cloud Training.

Mary creates cheat sheet of the lessons taught in the class and videos are shared.Cheat sheets are very useful for further reference.

Before you read all the 5 star reviews on here, just understand that they are FORCED! Mary talks a big game but once you start her class she rumbles on and is all over the place. So in order to understand her concepts you need to watch the recordings of the class. In order to get the recordings, YOU HAVE TO WRITE A 5 star review for her.

Mary will only share the recordings once you post a review. These classes are a money making scheme for her. Save your time, energy and money. Don’t join her classes (I had to rewrite this review after a few months of take her classes).

I am really enjoying the course. It is very convenient for us to attend the class online, which is time saving. This course will be very helpful for me in my career. I'm enrolled in HCM, Payroll, TimeTracking course. The Prep course helped me a lot. Her cheat sheets and videos are a great source of referrals. Eventhough I'm not from ERP background, I'm able to understand the topics very well. Mary is very knowledgeable in workday and also an Excellent trainer.
