Ive been using JADE learning for several years to renew my journeyman license. My experience with JADE has been great. I recommend JADE to anyone that needs continuing education. The cost for the classes is resonable and the audible lessons is wonderful. Thank you very much JADE learning.

Jade learning changed their training a lot. I would not recommend it unless you have a whole lot of time. They did refund my my money and that is why i gave them a 3 star. They did the right thing.

I just don’t like the new system it’s…
I just don’t like the new system it’s confusing and it makes it hard to get done.
Also customer service it’s one of the worst l ever experienced.
I won’t be using Jade anymore,
Also I will like to have a refund on my last order, I found so difficult that I had to go with another vendor.

The Demise of Quality Service
Since the acquisition of Jade by Certus, the redesigned platform is not as intuitive or user friendly. Calling customer service to answer questions is now an experience in frustration, as many CS reps were hard to understand and acted as though they were being bothered. Also, the reporting of completed hours was not done as quickly as before. Unfortunately after having used Jade for 24 years, I will be using a different CE provider in the future.

The fact that you changed your format…
The fact that you changed your format from answering questions to just basically reading code to us saddened me. It's the lack of interaction that bothered me, compared to the old way that held my interest. That's it in a nutshell.
