The website is not operating properly and nobody is responding to emails on how to correct things I had to switch to another service after being about a 10 year customer. Unfortunate because I love Jade learning

We have been submitting hours to the state manually; however, the state's reporting site is currently experiencing some issues. This has already been escalated and the state is aware — we appreciate your patience while this is being resolved.

I have taken Jade learning CE for over…
I have taken Jade learning CE for over 10 years. I have to say since the format changed it's bad. It's not user friendly and difficult to look at the question and research the answer. You could jump back and forth easily. Now not. I screen shot the question and then have to go back and find the answer and write it down separately. After that go to the end and insert my answers. Just make it better to go between the question and the research section.
