I’ve been with this company for probably 20 years they have always act professional.
I do like the new format and they’ve notified the state in a reasonable time, they’re very helpful over the phone and I like the new design of the classes.

I have no idea what you have to do
I have no idea what you have to do. But you could start out by not asking for payment until I am done with the hours. The other biggy you could do is make sure someone is available on the phone when necessary. We could not get through you security for ever. And if I could have gotten my money back you would not have to worry about me.

My hours have not been reported to the state despite multiple calls. I paid for rapid reporting and its not rapid and I want a refund for the $30 I paid for rapid reporting.

It is easy to set up and work at my own pace. Unfortunately, it wasn't clear on the homepage that one segment (arcflash training ) had to completed before the code update training. My course ran out before I had time to work through it, and I had to purchase that section a secound time. It would be very helpful if the time frame to finish a course was on the homepage.

That said, we’re truly sorry about the confusion with the arc flash training prerequisite — we can absolutely see how frustrating it would be to have to repurchase a section because of unclear instructions on the homepage. You are now charging exhorbitant price for reporting timely completion of your courses. You used to report completion to Texas very quickly but now you stall to get your extra fee. I am not coming to you in the future.

Preferred previous format of reading a…
Preferred previous format of reading a single code change and answering a question about it. Don't like reading many pages of material and later answering questions about all of it.
Also, it's been weeks and my credits haven't posted with Oregon. Could be the state, but will need to research the holdup if they don't post soon.

Jade made it convenient for me to get the continuing education hours via an online class, I needed for my license. I live out of state and an in person class was not an option. The instructor was knowledgeable and presented relevant material for what I do.
