This review is based on the Payroll/Finance Live training. The training is very thorough and organized very well. Mary shows that she has deep knowledge for the working of Workday and is happy to share that knowledge with her class. The course documentation she provides in conjunction with her teaching allows students to gain a deeper understanding for Workday.

I have to give honest review
I have to give honest review, even though Mary, Shaila tried to blackmail a positive review. Mary is in shadows, we don't know her full name, picture or LinkedIn profile. She may be some 3-4 year exp junior who is conning people. She speaks a lot with less than 5% useful content. I doubt if she trained 40,000+ people. None of her students are from word of mouth. The demos have 5-6 folks with 3-4 from their team, so essentially they demo for 1-2 people. She can't even talk coherently. I hope she rots in hell for cheating people. If you are in USA, you can complain to better Business Bureau.
The job openings email you get are not real job openings. the email is their internal email and those job openings are made up by them. They spam your email with lot of emails, all marketing no content.
The labs are sham. you would lose patience.
They are very nice until you pay the fee and after that they will not respond to your emails. the phones never work and their staff are rude.
I know they will try to respond saying there is no person with this name in their 50,000+ student database.

Mary is the worst
Mary is the worst, fake, cheater lady. Her assistant Shaila is equally a big cheater. They will initially promise you to get placed in their internal projects & when you register with them & pay the fees, then you can see their real colors. I can bet on this that people who joined this training with the aim of getting the job, would never ever have been placed. Moreover, Mary will not teach properly at all. Half of the training she will keep saying I am the best, I am the partner with Deloitte, IBM, Accenture, I know everything. She will scold you if you dare to ask any question. She does not know Workday properly. She is a CHEATER trust me guys.
I have videos as well to share with you just to know how she teaches & her rude behavior.
She will force you to give good review on trust pilot & on google if you want training videos & those videos she will not completely share with you. She will just make them visible for some days on her website.
Shaila, another CHEATER & AN ABSURD LADY, has blocked me just for the reason that i asked her why my training date keeps on extending since I already made the payment.
They will hardly pick your call guys.

Great training material provided, along with excellent and easy to follow instructions from Mary. I did not have a background from any ERP module or did not have any knowledge on workday when I started, but due to Mary's amazing ability to make the subject so easy to understand , I now feel like I have a good grasp on Workday. I came into the course with no idea what Workday was. The instructor email what I needed to do before beginning the class and I'm glad I completed the hands-on prep. And now, I have a great idea on what What day is about. The instructor is very experienced and knows what she's speaking of. This is one of the most deceptive…
This is one of the most deceptive online training being offered by an Indian lady whose stage name is Mary. She claims to have decades of experience in HR, Finance, and other PeopleSoft and Workday ERP application modules. In her demo, she will tell her listeners that she will offer Workday HR, Finance, BRIT, and Workday Integration as one package deal for $549.00 live instructor online training with access to the Workday tenant for practice. These are NOT the case when you pay the $549 and cannot request a refund after the class commences, and your experience becomes a rude awakening. The realities are 1- The HR portion is a recording that becomes unavailable one week after you pay. 2- The Workday tenant access is rationed to each student - about a couple of hours per day regardless of the schedule and time zone of the student. 3- The BRIT and Workday Integration are recordings sent to only those who write favorable reviews. 4- The instructor-led live class sessions exposed the inadequacies, incompetence, and lack of adequate knowledge in the areas she (Mary) claimed to have mastered. 5- The delivery methodology was inferior and the worst standard. She struggled throughout my stay, and I decided it was a waste of my time after the third weekend. 6- She would not permit or allow students in the class to communicate with each other or share experiences - she does not encourage students to network in her class - is this not despicable? The total opposite of what taking classes is all about. 7- She does not allow students the opportunity to probe or challenge her during the session; she has control of the Zoom audio functionality and habitually shuts the student down. 8- The Workday Finance training was a confusing experience, especially for those new to ERP. Finance typically begins with the Enterprise structure, followed by the Chart of Accounts (COA), GL, etc. Still, she executed journal entry transactions before the COA and GL assignments to the appropriate Companies, which resulted in a series of errors. 9- She provided copies of the original Workday Training material for Workday Finance and NO materials for Workday HR, BRIT, or Workday Integration. With these Workday Finance materials, one can perform better studying them than waste valuable time listening to her incoherence and egregiously arrogant teaching that is unproductive. 10- You get the class recordings ONLY after writing a favorable review. 11- This is the first time I have experienced such a situation where students are not allowed to network, which is unprofessional and a clear indication that she is attempting to conceal her incompetence and poor delivery methodology.
Please, Mary (which is your fake/stage name), you can't justify your deceptive and unprofessional conduct by making frivolous statements. You can't pretend you intentionally forced errors during the training to stimulate the students' attention. If that's the case, you must be an expert in creating confusing errors that cannot be comprehended because, on several occasions, you had to go blank as you attempted to fix the problems momentarily. You are dishonest to attribute those functional errors to configurations that were intentional to cause errors. They were actual errors you did not make because of your inexperience and Workday functionality deficiencies. Your teaching style does not reflect the experience and skills you claim you have. If you were hired to train a group of individuals where they can see you and know your real name, you would be fired after the first couple of hours. Your methodology is devoid of best practices in every regard.
What is your real name?

If you're operating from an Indian location where all payments go that way, you can shield yourself from being exposed and prosecuted for your deceptive and fraudulent practices.
You don't allow students to network because of your nonsensical prioritizing of students' privacy. You're afraid they will discuss your deficiencies and inadequacies. I could record the times you had to go offline due to unexpected errors as you attempted to execute faulty transactions that were missing some required inputs that you were ignorant about. You shall be exposed. I have been able to connect with another student who regretted enrolling in your deceptive Workday training. Your training delivery methodology does not reflect the experience and skill you claim you have in PeopleSoft and Workday. That is the truth and could be attested to.

It's recommended for him to step back, enabling those genuinely seeking success to benefit from our quality training and impressive placement record. Such individuals often assign blame instead of prioritizing personal growth and success. Criticizing someone with 30 years of experience in three ERPs, including Workday, indicates a lack of maturity in understanding teaching methods. Refrain from baseless attacks on gender, minority communities, caste, or greed. Avoid adopting a narcissistic approach seeking personal satisfaction.
