Be careful, the take advantage...autofill for free trials then take your money. I bought a Course in good faith. They auto filled for a free trial I did not opt in for then took 129 dollars. Highly unethical modus!

Friends, be careful. This is a business based on people's inattention. I bought several courses for $1.99 and $4.99, including access to Evgenia Baglyk's facebuilding for 7 days. And I didn't see that after registering on the site, I would be charged $99 for annual access. That is, they somehow, without additional confirmation from you, write off money from your card on the 8th day. After a long correspondence, now they are ready to return only 30%. If we talk about the courses - absolutely nothing special. YouTube has everything for free. I contacted my bank for an investigation and refund. I hope I can get my money back.

Stay clear of Buying a course from FaceGO Bot
Similar experience as mentioned by others. Signed up for a $9 course but was charged for a full year. They have a very small box already checked off and selected for you that you want the course for the year. No option to opt in only out. They made it hard to notice that box is already checked and deselect it. It says you can cancel at any time but they won't give a refund. Very shady practice. I have purchased other online courses before and never encounter this.

FACEGO scam signed up for a $9 Black Friday deal…
I signed up for a $9 Black Friday deal - and 7 days later was charged $129.
I emailed and was given the runaround, stupid marketing speak to deflect and put the blame on me for being scammed by them.
It's been a week and still the same bulshit.
I'm taking this further as I can't afford this.

Scammers. What they did to all these other people, they did to me. Be warned. Their advert showed lifetime access for $9, which I purchased. Within 7 days, they deducted $129 from me, saying that I purchased a subscription. And they refuse to refund me. Absolutely disgusting thieves. Stay far away.
Edit 10 Dec 2024: Their reply is a joke. I have record of over 23 emails sent to them, and they refuse to refund, even though I have not accessed any of their material. Their idea of customer service is disgusting and unacceptable. This is fraud. I reported them to the fraud department and to my bank. Hope you read this before you are caught as well.

I had previously spent about 7 euros on a course that I found very good but I did not finish it in time so I re enrolled. this time I have recieved a reciept for 169 dollars when I agreed to pay for an offer of 9 dollars. I have a photo, which I have sent to the company. I expect a full refund
