Have asked for refunds but they do everything to not refund.

Scam. Short courses are a way to your bank account.
Be careful, they will take money you have not agreed to out of your account and don't process any refunds. The stress is very real!
I bought a $14 short course from them on Facebook (no subscription mentioned, 14 day easy refund policy) and clicked no to any extras...but then they just decided I was subscribed and they took $70 more from my account a week later. I didn't even sign in or try it and I was well within the 2wks they say you can get a refund, but after a full week of back and forth emailing them, it is clear, they don't give refunds. If they do refund, I will alter this review. If it's still up, then they didn't refund me.
Update: They then wrote back (weeks ago) to promise a refund for the first two charges. No refund appeared and today they have charged my card a 3rd time (after saying a month ago that there would be no more charges). Looks like I have to cancel my card.

These are scammers. They will sign you up for a subscription without you noticing and will write off money from your bank account, about 30€ per month. They will literally steal your money and do not want to return it. And then they will block you on Facebook and Instagram so that you don't be able to write bad comments.

Be careful. They are scammers. I bought a 9$ course. Somewhere in the small font they hid the fact that they enrolled me in a 40$ monthly payment. when I asked for them to cancel it they kept throwing offers at me (one of them was a lifetime membership with time with the instructor), offer after offer to each email, All of which I declined. Then they sent me a whole list of things I need to comply with in order to get the refund, even though they say it’s full money back guarantee. Lastly I got an email that I should expect to hear from their ‘financial department’. Long story short after numerous emails back and forth, I reported them to Amex fraud department and they canceled the charges and blocked their card.

FaceGo is a fraudulent company who sells face massage courses. I purchased mini-course for 2 dollars , in few days they have taken 35 dollars from my account without my knowledge or permission!! On multiple requests to return the money they offer other courses instead and keep ignoring my request. Finally they lie that I have subscription, have to go through online procedure and wait 10 days for decision to give me money back or not. Damn thieves, have been reported to police now. Stay away from FaceGo from Ukraine!! Shame on you!
