Cuando llevas un monton de encuestas te cierran la cuenta sin ninguna explicación y no te paga.

Mucho tiempo usándolo pero hace cosa de un año subieron muchísimo los puntos para canjear tarjetas de Amazon y la única disponible es de 35€ (100.000 puntos). Cuando finalmente parece que la voy a canjear pronto, me han bloqueado la cuenta sin ningún motivo, tampoco os molestéis a poner tickets reclamando ya que tienen respuestas automatizadas y nunca te dirán el porqué. ABSTENERSE DE SER ESTAFADOS.

Alerta de fraude, al cabo de un rato te bloquearán la cuenta con el pretexto de que faltaste a los términos y condiciones quedándose con el dinero de las encuestas que respondiste, le hablaras al administrador y no te mostraran donde fallaste (porque es falso obvio) solo dirán que fallaste a los términos de la comunidad y te boquearán... Gabriel Díaz es un mentiroso y ladrón. pondría las imágenes pero no dejan por acá... Te escribirán para que acá se vea como que tienen la intención de pagarte pero no te pagan y te roban... "NO PIERDA SU TIEMPO EN ESTA PÁGINA DE ASQUEROSA"

Cuando reúnes el dinero suficiente para cobrarlo, te bloquean la cuenta sin ningún motivo, lo que sea para no pagar.

Es un timo. Justo termino de hacer una encuesta larquisima de más de una hora y me bloquean la cuenta sin darme explicación ninguna. He perdido tiempo y dinero!

Toluna no ofrece lo que promete, después de hacer muchas encuestas y conseguir un vale para Decathlon, me echan de la cuenta diciendo que ha habido un error con mi cuenta, son mentirosos y no cumplen lo que dicen, por lo que he leído en las reseñas no soy la única.

Tras realizar varias encuestas y conseguir 100.000 puntos para canjear por un vale
De 25 euros. No me llega el vale al correo, y me dan de baja por un motivo que no se puede demostrar.

Un día se me olvidó quitar la VPN y me cerraron la cuenta, perdiendo un vale de Amazon que tenía en proceso. Ni previo aviso ni posibilidad de apelación. Id con cuidado, o mejor no perdáis el tiempo con una empresa que desprecia así a la gente que realmente hace posible su existencia.

I feel very strongly about how little Toluna cares about not happy customers.

it randomly logs u out of surveys without warning even after u finish 95% of it and the rewards are dogsht and most of the surveys arent even available trust me this crap is not worth ur time ud be better off diving into a well to look for pennies

Toluna is a total scam. Absolute waste of time and effort for little or nothing gains. You spend 15-20minutes completely a survey and at the very end when they've collected all the required information, you are told you've not qualified for the survey. This is the most useless Survey site, please stay well clear of them.

Cuando intentó acceder a mi cuenta o completar una encuesta sale el mensaje "it is not you, it is us".

Complete la encuesta y posteriormente este error... Que ocurre? Mi nombre de usuario es endikaggg2

They pay you way too little, while they probably rake in the cash. Don't waste your time here, and just use another website to fill in surveys if that is what you want to do.

Para mí es una excelente página, tengo muchos años haciendo encuestas en éste sitio y siempre me ha pagado

Sorry guys, but this is one of the worse survey sites.
I start a survey and after a few questions about 5 or 10 min down a survey, they tell me I don't qualify. They collect my answers and I don't get any points. Sometimes I'm in a survey 30 min and all of a sudden it stops with an error message and next I get the message the survey is full. 30 min for nothing! Waste of time! But they did collect my information!
Seldom I get a chance to finish a survey.
You sure don't get rich on this survey site!
I have not redeemed my points yet but I will give you an update how they handle that.
Or maybe the say: sorry you don't qualify!!

Es una empresa muy fiable, da la remuneración solicitada con mucha formalidad, y el único inconveniente es que tiene pocas encuestas y muchas no encajan en el perfil, pero en general, la experiencia con esta empresa es buena, y yo llevo ya muchos años inscrita en ella.
