There were no instructions or specifications indicating how far the stitching would extend into the printed design. Had I known, I would have positioned my graphics a few inches lower to avoid interference. I also wasn't aware that the stitching on a black banner would be white, making it much more noticeable against the design. Additionally, the stitching appears to have been done at a slight angle, which caused significant rippling in the banner regardless of how the support poles were adjusted. That said, the printing quality and turnaround time were very good. Would I use esigns.com again?..... Possibly

BAIT AND SWITCH - DO NOT PROVIDE PRODUCT AS ADVERTISED!
I ordered a 24x 48 inch custom magnet. It is a football field that gets placed on a game that already has a picture that I want to cover. I sent in a file to esigns, they said the quality was not the best. I had a chat with esigns which I did not copy but they said they would work on the art and do the best they could, I was ok with that because I was going to use it to cover a picture and it did not need to be perfect, but it did need to be the right size.
I received the magnet and it was not full size and the picture underneath showed on the edges, I was not happy. The length was 47 ½ inch and the width was 23 ¾ inches, when I laid it down you could see the edges of the old photo and did not look right.
I reached out to esigns and they were good saying they would replace it. I said ok, and I wasn’t happy with the quality but ok. They said you approved the proof which I did because I trusted them to make it better like they said in the chat, but all they did was stretch the photo and make it worse.
At this point E-signs was good and said were sorry about the quality but maybe we can help or you can send another photo, which I was working on, I was very happy. When I looked at the original that I sent, I noticed a line missing and I sent a quick email saying don’t print the original photo because some lines are wrong. They had told me I could send new work which I planned to and I was just telling them don’t print, Ill figure what I want to do.
I then get an email and voice mail saying since you said don’t print the original, we are canceling the reprint. I’m sorry that wasn’t the agreement and now I want my money back. I paid $90.55 including shipping and I have a magnet that I cannot use because the bottom picture shows. Please help me get my money back.

My banner was sized too big and my artwork was destroyed like it was an impression generated by AI. I ended up going to a local print shop instead. I’ll be doing that for the future.

When I submitted my logo, they called me and told me they could improve my resolution so it wouldn't be blurry. So I told them to to it. And it looks great.

Easy ordering , fast delivery, quality and accurate signs. Will definitely use again.
Hard to place
Ordering was easy. The product looks great. The NOT great part was putting it on. I got a tear in it while trying to smooth out bubbles and one part of the sign seemed to not have adhesive on the back. I had to use crazy glue. It seems it could have been a bit thicker.

I had ordered the first sign several years ago, and when I needed to order another, you still had the record of my order, and all I had to do was click the "Reorder" button and check out. You couldn't have made it easier.

Scammy customer service experience
Placed an order and immediately, within seconds, realized my image was too small. I used the chat feature immediately, only to be told they would need to speak with me on the phone before they would cancel. They would only put the order "on hold"- how convenient. 10 days later, I tried chatting again to no avail. I finally just put in a credit card dispute and it was settled within minutes.
Their whole playbook — the manufactured hold, the forced phone call, the 10-day runaround on a same-day cancellation- is textbook friction-as-retention. The fact that Chase apparently has a thick enough file on them to side with me instantly is... telling. In this day and age, I shouldn't have to spend this much time cancelling an order they haven't even seen yet and I certainly should have't to call to do so. They provided nothing but frustration.
