BAINAR-In the beginning i joined 2nd July 2025 everything went smoothly i deposit and i withdraw ,i got team members and i rented robots but in 6th October i deposit and wanted to wihdraw ,my account got frozen and the accused me ofmoney laundering and threathened if i defame them they will take legal action ,then i was told to deposit R13 000 in order to get back on the platform.or wait 6months for my funds which they have in theìr controll even my wihdrawal details they ask alot of people their wihdrawal adresses and they started being rude ,The Assistant called me on the group that your son is disabled over 20times on the group ,aĺl i want is my funds back or take action againts Bainar they owe 2 ov my members funds aswell and froze our accounts and chased me away like a animal teĺling me take your members and leave and aĺl of us were blocked and removed

Not really clear on design, but with a little work it all came out great

Excellent quality and wide variety of products.

Website was easy to navigate, operator about was knowledgeable and they were quick with product turn around.

My photo came up sideways and I could not add copy,
I want to add copy before it is printed.

Holly was great to work with, and helped to get the design of the banner completed and the order sent in very quickly.

While checking out I was given a pice around $16 and then when I got to the final check out it had gone up $4. Don’t quite understand how and didn’t like seeing it go up that much in just two pages.

I run a charitable organization and I have ordered Large 4' x 6' Banners from banners.com 3 times now over 3 years. All of my banners have held up, looked great, and have lasted. The price point is fair and the value you get on standard vinyl is excellent. Even outdoors in windy conditions. Everything from the stitching to the grommets is solid quality. The colors aligned perfectly with the proof I was sent. Delivery was fast and fairly priced. You get what you pay for with this company and they don't cut corners to offer you value, which is in short supply these days, so I wanted to give appreciation where it is due, especially to our organization where every dollar we spend really counts.

A great company to order banners from! I have ordered multiple times from them and will continue to do so. Their quality is great, their website is great, their pricing is great. They also have one of the best customizable sizing lists. Customer service is actually people in Minnesota… not India. They are friendly and very helpful.

Terrible customer service

Too many issues uploading the artwork, using their own template and the file format they said to use.

They emailed the proof to the wrong email address
When I finally received the proof, I had a follow up question which they ignored

I placed this order on the June 10th, they lied and said I placed the order on June 18th.

Did not receive the products in time frame in which we needed it

They offered a credit of $125 on my next order opposed to offering some sort of compensation for the order they did not deliver on

I received an email form customer service apologizing for their errors. They said they take customer service very seriously, but talk is cheap.

All of these issues before I even receive the items I ordered.

I have ordered from them in the past and there were no issues.
