I needed help setting up while I was landing in Mexico and still on in flight WiFi. Being able WhatsApp help, send screenshots and get immediate guidance meant that by the time we landed and deplaned I was entirely set up. No way thought that would happen but your agent was amazing. And e-sim is working good.🙏

I am staying in Morocco currently. The data bundel was really easy to install and within less then 5 minutes I had internet. Also needed some help to make sure if the install was working, because I didn’t want to have extra costs. The support employee directly responded on chat. Great service!

Great experience. Really helpful customer service - replied quickly on WhatsApp, helped me activate my sim and switched it to the right country. 10/10 experience. Will use them again.

After using esimfox for my vacation to Cyprus I will be using them again and again. I had made a mistake and many other times with various eSIM’s I’ve been left with nothing but the Bill. ESIMFOX took care of me, solve my problem and explain my mistake clearly. I have definitely looked for help with other eSIM’s before and they don’t even have support. I’m truly grateful for the help I received.

I bought a Russia eSIM from Esimfox for my Google Pixel 7.
The eSIM was installed correctly, registered on Beeline (I even received SMS from the network), data roaming was enabled, APN was set as recommended, and I tested all networks (Beeline, MTS, Megafon) and all possible settings. Mobile data has never worked – only “no internet connection” in the browser.

I contacted Esimfox support with detailed screenshots and explanations. It has now been more than three days and I have received no reply at all – not even an automatic acknowledgement. For a paid service this is unacceptable.

People should know that:

the eSIM for Russia may simply not work;

if you have a problem, you may be left without any support or refund.

At this point I consider the money spent on Esimfox lost, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought an eSIM online but wasn’t possible to find it again or activate it for a 5 day trip to UAE.
No app found and when contacted they said it was in production and gave me a link which didn’t work to try to get the eSIM activated!!! I requested a refund from them by email but surprise, surprise they haven’t responded!!! Certainly a suspicious SCAM. Avoid this? Company

I purchased a 30 days 20 GB data for N. Africa/Middle East from ESIMFOX. It was the best price among many other choices as competition. It worked wonderfully. The coverage and reception was awesome. Highly recommend it.

When I installed esimfox (for use in Netherlands) I had some issues and it didn’t worked. The technician from Esimfox helped me true out WhatsApp and I was able to reinstall esimfox and solve even an other issue on my telefoon to get hotspot running. Verry good service! I would recommend eSIMfox

6 Tage hat es in den USA funktioniert. Obwohl noch genügend Datenkontingent vorhanden war, fiel gleichzeitig auf unseren 3 Mobilgeräten die Verbindung aus.
Der Support wollte sich um alles kümmern. Wir hatten sie per Mail und per WhatsApp angeschrieben.
Auch nach 6 Stunden keine Besserung!

Nach 18 Stunden ging alles wieder. Trotzdem unangenehm, wenn die Handy Navigation im Mietwagen plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert.
Zukünftig werden wir die Offlinekarten in Google über WLAN runterladen.
