I used eSIM Genius during a trip through France and Belgium in July, and the experience was honestly excellent.

Brilliant esim, paid for unlimited for a week for my teenage daughters, the online chat team were great at answering any questions. The girls were able to use their phones all around Turkey without any problems. Anyone with teenagers needs esims when travelling. Super cheap too

Very good experience until today in Greece

I bought 3 simcards, 1 can't work at all. 1 is useless not compatible. and another one slow, also there is one day can't connect to Internet.

I only used 3.5 GB out of the 20 GB included in the package. I would have expected the package to offer an option to receive a proportional refund for the unused data, or alternatively to carry the remaining balance over and use it during my next vacation elsewhere.

La e.sim , già attivata in Italia, ha iniziato a funzionare non appena acceso il telefono all'atterraggio a Kuala lampur. Senza necessità di impazzire con le impostazioni varie.

User friendly menu in app. Easy to understand what you should do and how to buy. At destination just switched on mobile network and internet working without any problem. Will use esim for my travel in the future.
