Great service!

I made wrong choice when I was thinking to buy it is no good for me as a delivery man I would not advice a friend for it the battery work only for 10 miles I made £12 for single charge only for delivery and also is to slow maximum 15.5 nah /25 km the speed sometimes block to run I didn't like it at all I had long time experience with motorbikes and scooters this is the worse one

Excellent customer service and support, even though I have purchased the SX250 second hand they are still willing to help. Not many companies out there can say that. Staff are always friendly when you call.

Thought I would take a chance as my daughter has the older version I have purchased the sx250 delivery was outstanding with tracking all the way, thanks Carl. On another level I dealt with Matt, what can I say a credit to the company very polite and could not do enough and kept every promise. I am having another item shipped tomorrow I will of course update my review. Once again thanks Matt.

The Eskuta team pull out all the stops to make the customer experience as good as it can be. As a business customer, I can't recommend them highly enough. The product speaks for itself (we have 4 now). Our staff love the bikes and the aftersales support and back up is amazing.

The company itself can't fault but product not as described as range was no where near the 40 to 50 miles was lucky if I got 15 miles out of one charge

the delivery company information to track. The package was not the right delivery company. I signed up to after ship which you sent me in an email and you used parcel to go so none of the tracking information was correct. It basically said it was still waiting to be collected. i’ve received the parts now from parcel to go. It would be better if you could inform customers in the beginning that you’re going to use them

I was happy do be sorted out so quickly and relieved my part within the allotted time I have emailed for another part bur have not received a reply yet hope to here from the company by Monday 6th of March will put another review soon many thanks

Been using Eskuta hire to pay service since 5 weeks. Like the idea of hire, but it's more like a fixed term contract of 20 weeks and not hire service because you can't end the hire service when ever you wish.
Atleast they should put a less number of weeks contract instead of 20. So really think carefully before going for a hire contract. They should also start hiring just the battery as I don't wanna buy the bike but I need one more battery to do deliveries, the battery alone costs 490.

It was wonderful experience with eskuta so far.

I just had to write a review for the team at Eskuta, they are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. It is rare these days to get any after sales care but Eskuta are so helpful. We had an indicator issue and it was sorted in minutes, thank you Eskuta.

Had my e-Skuta approx 4 months now. Absolutely delighted in every way possible and saves me about £30 a week not using my car. Total 100% recommend one to anyone in doubt about them. Sheer fun and no slouch.
Proper lights as well. Simply a dream getting from A to B, pretty fast. Best money I ever spent

Love the Bike very easy to use can got me to customers A B very quickly and no effect

I am finding the eskuta to be a joy and a very reliable and safe vehicle to use .
I have been using my eskuta for approximately 1 month now and have had no trouble at all and find it now to be an essential mode of transport to my work commute.
I find the charging of the battery to be simple and easy .but I am confused on the method of charging directly without removing the battery.
I am aware I can plug the charger directly into the bike but don't know if the battery needs ovulating or disconnecting .

Hi I have had a bike from them and I absolutely love it I've had a few problems but the engineer is great and is sorting it out for me.
I would definitely recommend
