Excellent customer service and quick problem solving
I purchased my Eskute e-bike in March 2023 and was initially very satisfied. After a few months, however, I encountered an issue with the battery. Eskute’s customer service was extremely diligent in diagnosing the problem. Once we discovered that the battery was faulty, they promptly sent me a replacement battery free of charge.
Additionally, Eskute showed great goodwill by sending me a new plug for the front fork and another plug for the battery charging area at no cost, as these parts had gone missing or were stolen.
Such proactive and helpful customer service is rare these days. Despite the initial issues, Eskute has strengthened my trust in the brand through their quick and effective support.

If your considering buying a budget e bike this bike company Eskute is deffinately place to start I've had my Eskute Voyager 3 years and I cannot fault this bike.
Speed is great and reasonable an all round excellent bike. Also when I've needed help or advice from the company they have always done best to answer my queries the staff always pleasant so cannot fault them

Advertised free battery for black Friday.
It say on payment page to be sent the month later.
In email they said delay but would be sent.
Then later email said offer ended before black Friday day.

Great Customer support…
We have the Netuno + and the Poluno+ both are excellent machines and we have done over 1000 miles in less than a year.
We had 1 minor problem with the seat post on the Poluno, I contacted Jenny and it was replaced within 2 to 3 weeks.
Excellent service, with quick responses to my emails and satisfactory results.
Had a couple of dead batteries but a very much alive service
Had a couple of dead batteries, but upon contacting the support team, as they were under warranty, were replaced. Now be are back up and running (or rather, cycling).
We absolutely love our bikes, and being without them while waiting for the replace was tough, but the service and support was excellent, and we are happily back on the road again.
Battery Failure
Battery failed on my Netuno Mountain Bike.
Contacted Eskute who after a few tests, agreed to send me a replacement battery under warranty. As they were currently out of stock, they did mention that in may take a couple of months to arrive.
The replacement battery arrived within 5 weeks, charged and now back on the road. Great service from customer services.
Beautiful bike oozing with quality
Hello, I bought an Eskute Polluno city bike and I have been very pleased with the purchase.The bicycle is oozing with quality.It’s a heavy bike as an e bike should be, controls are brilliant and easy to navigate. It looks so cool always heads are turning to have another look.A very stylish and attractive look.Looks are not everything….my friends are always asking to try it out, all have loved it.
This is my second Polluno as the first one was stolen, lucky for me I had it insured. The replacement was an exact copy.
I have had a very happy experience and I’m continuing to enjoy it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful e bike!
Great Bikes
My wife and i bought two Eskute bikes on our retirement ten months ago , a Netuno Pro and a Polluno Pro. We have enjoyed riding them as they have made cycling stress free, no more pushing bikes up steep hills. We have had battery issues so i contacted Eskute customer support. Jenny has been great she has responded immediately to my e mails and hopefully my battery problem is resolved i am now just awaiting a delivery of my replacement battery. The bikes are excellent value and the customer support is first class
second review bikes as good as the battery
This is my second review of my electric bike. Purchased August 2022. My first review was glowing like a lot of these I expect on here because the star ratings looks good. That probably before you've hardly got on it and had a ride. I enjoyed riding my bike and that's why I gave a glowing review but since I've had battery issues. I rode probably about 300 miles and stopped riding over winter 22/23 from October, Stored battery indoors. then two rides in spring and battery just gave up along with the charger. eventually after about 4 months got a replacement battery and yes that is given up the ghost after about the same mileage today 21/05/24 after the same winter storage.Today I decided to join the forum and I could not believe that nearly every post in that forum was about batteries and them not blasting very long. Do not buy these bikes they are useless without a decent battery. I'm going to have to cut my losses because my bike is now 17 months old. By the way I didn't ride it that much because I lost 4 months at the first year and obviously I don't ride it through two winter as I did not ride it in the rain. I will suggest that anybody if before you buy one of these bikes don't just listen to a bit old man. go and join the forum first and then you will listen to a lot of bitter people not just me

I bought the Netuno mountain ebike from this company about 18 months ago. With me being unable to work in the last couple of years. This ebike has truly been a godsend. I'm able to become mobile again and cruise my beloved countryside,at one with nature. Every thing seemed to good to be true. In the past few weeks I've had an issue with my battery and dark clouds decended over me. I contacted Eskute and they responded next day with a really helpful and obliging supports person named Jenny who couldn't do enough to inform and advise me with my plight. This was a week ago and my problem is almost solved. Basically just waiting on delivery. I've had a few dealings with Eskute, phoning for advise and buying quite a few ebike accessories from them and have never had any problems at all with them, hence the 5 stars. Top class company with an excellent support team. I couldn't have wished for a better start to my electric bike journey. Thank you Eskute. 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Habe nur sehr gute Erfahrungen mit Eskute Support gemacht. Hatte letzten Problem mit meinen über 1jahr alten Akku gehabt und mir wurde unkompliziert ein neues Angeboten gemacht. Desweiteren hatte ich mit meinem Display Probleme und auch hier wurde mir geholfen. Die Qualität der Fahrräder muss besser werden aber der Support ist Spitzenmäßig. Weiter so kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen

Akku defekt
Leider ist bei meinem Fahrrad nach 15 Monaten der Akku defekt. Ich habe ihn über Winter warm und trocken gelagert. Nun muss ich mir einen neuen kaufen. Also nie wieder Eskute sondern ein Fahrrad vom Händler vor Ort.
UNA GRANDE DELUSIONE
Acquistata online la bici Eskute Polluno Pro nell agosto 2022. La bici è arrivata da montare. Fatta montare da un tecnico ma mancavano dei pezzi. Tutto comunicato alla Azienda che ha risposto di provvedere noi all acquisto dei pezzi mancanti che poi ci avrebbero rimborsato. (rimborso mai arrivato). Ho cominciato ad usare la bici dopo 3 mesi dall acquisto. In inverno non è stata utilizzata, in primavera al momento di usarla la batteria non dava segni di vita. Rigenerata la batteria ho cominciato ad usarla dopo 2 mesi il carica batteria non funziona più. Cambiato anche quello. Una settimana fa dopo averla usata per mezz'ora ho fatto per togliere la batteria per riporla in un luogo più idoneo ma appena ho toccato la fessura dove infilare la chiave è uscita una fiammata e a parte lo spavento la batteria non dà più segni di vita.. Contattato per l'ennesima volta il servizio clienti dopo svariate mail mi hanno risposto che in effetti la batteria non funziona più ma siccome è scaduta la garanzia la sostituzione è a mio carico... Senza motivarmi l'accaduto. Questa bici è costata molto non ho potuto godermela come avrei sperato, mi ha dato solo problemi e spese. Il sevizi clienti molto gentilmente NON HA MAI RIPOSTO O RISOLTO I MOLTEPLICI PROBLEMI CHE HO AVUTO CON LA BICI. Non penso di voler spendere altri 300€ con il rischio che si ripeta un altro evento così grave senza aver avuto neanche una spiegazione dell'accaduto. Sono profondamente delusa dal prodotto e dal sevizio fornito dall azienda.
