The Customer Service was great - quick to respond to my emails, polite and helpful. It took a bit to get my receipt which I was glad to print up and have. I am very comfortable on the Trike, it's sturdy with a comfortable seat - I like the back on the seat as well.

Great bike and fast shipping for cheap

This is to update a negative review I had posted a few weeks ago, we had ordered an eskute T300 pro adult trike but received a baby pen instead. After contacting customer service a few times the error was corrected and we received our trike, it was well packaged to prevent shipping damage and seems to be a good quality trike. So far we love it, thank's to the customer department for resolving the shipping mix up.

We love our new bikes and are really enjoying the experience. Our Eskute bikes are really well constructed and very sturdy. We get great mileage on a charge and the fat tires give a smooth ride.

I bought a trike T300.
It was well packed. Easy for me to put together, it took me about 1 hr 30 min.
I emailed customer service about a question, it was during the weekend and I had an answer on Monday.
I sent pictures and told my sister about this trike how it had a lot of get up and go power, I loved it and was cute.She bought a blue one,mine is purple.It is a folding one and fits in the back of my suv.

Bike far exceeds expectations for the price. a Bit on the heavy side but otherwise a great ride

Assembly was more complicated than expected. Instructions weren’t very clear, especially for someone who isn’t experienced. Not beginner-friendly at all.

I recently purchased a Eskute T300 Pro via Amazon. Shipping was speedy--2 or 3 days. For the most part, assembly was straightforward out of the box. Unknowingly, we failed to securely attach the chains/ rear derailleur. Jill from Support was fantastic in responding to my status emails and following-up to ensure the Technical team had all information needed to troubleshoot, and came back to me with a resolution. Very excited to riding my e-Trike now. Thank you.

Well, this bike is awsome! It still works fire after 5 months or so, and I just love it! wish I could mark it more than 5 stars! Loved this bike!

Great customer support attention

Let's say what didn't make it a great experience? Id recommend Eskute US and Trust Pilot to everyone. It was easy ordering it and it was delivered on time. My son assembled it with zero problems. He put it on charge and before I knew it he was off on his first ride with his sleek eye catching Eskute ebike. He said it was the absolute best gift he's ever received. I do believe it's the best gift I ever gave as well. He's loving every mile of it!!! Thanks again Eskute

My electric trike has not worked since day one. They have no customer services and for a month now have been sending me fix it videos in Chinese and they are not even about the problem this trike has. This is the most frustrating experience of my life surrounding a purchase I have made.

Battery life isn’t consistent. Some days it’s fine, other days it drains quickly. Makes it hard to rely on for daily use.

Timely shipping. Easy to assemble.

This company went above and beyond to assist in getting my bicycle up and running again. Their customer service is 100% along with their helpfulness, knowledge and general willingness to rectify your problem. Luckily, the bike was still under warranty but this does not take away from the fact that they are a top class business to work with.

The bike looked great online, but in reality it feels a bit cheap. Some parts were loose and needed fixing right away. Customer service responds, but they don't really solve anything.

The ride is okay , but not as smooth as advertised. I expected better performance for the price.
It's not terrible, just disappointing.

V200 bike purchased. Good bike.

Great bike, but they use a really odd tire that no one stocks. Took one to a bike shop and they said sorry, good luck. After searching online I finally found tires and tubes, but disappointed that nobody makes a puncture resistant tube for this size that I have found. Other than that it is a good bike for the money.

Originally bought the fat-tire bike for myself to take on fishing trips. Wife tried it and loved it. I wanted to buy another one for myself. It'll be on my wish list.

From date of purchase to shipped status, it took 4-6 days. Arrival was set for about 7-9 days. Unfortunately, I was not available the first day to sign package and the 2nd and third day was a headache with the shipping company. Jenny from the support team was prompt and understanding and did her best to assist, although Eskute was not at fault at all for this. This is a company I can support and share; very rare in today's economy. You wont regret a purchase from them.
