Espada Silver Reviews

Ordered a bit before Christmas with a specific word engraved and they spelled it wrong. So the word is completely incorrect and doesn’t mean anything now. My receipt for engraving says: oialëa
What they engraved: olalëa

The ring itself is nice, shipping was incredibly fast once the carrier had the package, but the meaning behind it is a little pointless with the messed up engraving.

I really enjoy my ring, will definitely buy something again here. Came in way faster than expected, perfectly sealed and a nice wooden case. Love it!

This tree pendant is very well-made, and the little box it comes in is really nice.

Easy to use. Product was great. Awaiting the delivery. Looking forward to seeing the product. Great experience.

Easy to deal with. I really was skeptical about dealing with a new vendor, but they were wonderful. The ring that I ordered was perfect no problems with vendor or the order it came as scheduled and I was very happy with the outcome.

The pendant I ordered definitely exceeded expectations. Well worth the wait!

Product was delivered to the wrong address. Not even the correct state.
Edit: Customer service resolved the issue quickly and the product is nice.

Ordered a pendant and never received it. I’ve tried contacting them and they don’t respond.

Charged for necklace and never received it. I ordered a necklace and received tracking info within 24 hours. However, the tracking status remained (and still is) “tracking number created.” The item has not been shipped yet the status of my order in my account on their website is”complete.” I tried to contact the company five different times over a the course of a week and have had no response. Will now try to work with my credit card company to get refunded but am not hopeful.

Great quality jewelry and fast shipping. Answers to quieries.

Received both of the rings that I ordered and they are both absolutely beautiful. Love them!!!

The overall ring is great. Feels like good quality and looks great especially for the price. The only reason 4/5 stars is the sizing runs a little bit smaller then I was expecting. If I were to buy again I'd go up about a half size then I normally get. Otherwise it's been a great purchase

they never shipped the products that i ordered and have yet to reply to my customer service request. it's been over two weeks since I ordered three silver rings.

Not answering my emails for a return/exchange in size. Unacceptable

The feedback and service. Loved the product at first glance and I am extremely satisfied with the options that came along with it. I am confident this product will last me many years, hoping to buy more from you again!

The necklace was amazing. Looked just like the photos. It just took a little awhile to come in but it was work it! I will be buying more stuff.

Beautiful product. Well made. Was quickly shipped and delivered.
