Antwoord van Espresso International US
Thank you for your feedback.
The shipment was delivered to the United States and was held at customs for a few days. Unfortunately, we have no influence over customs procedures.
We do understand your frustration, and we hope that the frequent email contact we had with you helped to explain the situation. We are sincerely sorry that you had this experience with your order.
At the same time, we are glad that the shipment has been delivered and very much hope that you can enjoy the coffee. :)
Kind regards
Your Espresso-International Team

the only one complaint is the shipping price, I find it a little bit high, if the shipping will cost less, for sure I would rate my experience with Espresso International US as great.

Only the best!
These guys send the best italian coffee beans from Germany to the U.S. in only 2 or 3 days. that is not only crazy, but also cheaper than purchasing coffee (with much less quality) in the U.S.

Sant Eustachio Coffee Beans
The ordering experience was great and Receiving the product here to the United States from Germany came a lot faster than I expected. I did pay a lot for the shipping fee. The one thing I did not expect when the product was received in New York City was the tariff fee that I needed to pay before the shipment was released and delivered. I wish that was included somewhere in the checkout stating to be prepared to pay the tariff fee.
