ordering was quick and easy, no hidden fees. Shipping was a little high but that's to be expected with a breakable item. My order arrived quickly and came as described.

the actual direct contact with a call from your company to rectify a situation. speaking to a live person and he was very professional and cordial and made me want to deal with your company more. very impressive. Only wish there was a way to get shipping to Hawaii a little cheaper but I know that is asking a lot.

Website needs some work, but I was able to make contact with a rep who helped me make my purchase. The well priced bottles were well packed and shipped swiftly and securely. Recommended!

I ordered 2 x Altesino, 2 x Florita Brunellos on line and, due to cold temperatures, asked vendor to hold the order. More than a week later, I wrote asking for a status update. Chase wrote to confirm the wines were in stock and the order was pulled for delivery although it would not go out for a week because Estate was changing warehouses. Approximately ten days later, after not receiving a shipping notice, I wrote to ask for an update. Chase informed me that the Altesino was down to one bottle and asked if I would accept a substitute vintage at the same price. The substitute was a lesser vintage Estate sells for a lower price. Vendor declined to give a discount, I declined the substitution and gave instructions to ship the three remaining bottles. The next day, Tony (not Chase) wrote to tell me Estate was completely out of Altesino and asked if I would accept delivery of 2 x Florita. This latest communication was not accompanied by an explanation or an apology. I declined and cancelled the order.

Estate required me to chase them over the course of more than a week and either wasn’t aware of its inventory (despite multiple representations that it had it in stock) or sold wine to another customer it had committed to sell to me.

I am tolerant of well intentioned mistakes however this series of events cannot be readily characterized as such.

One wine had already been sold, but the website hadn’t been updated, so I paid for a bottle that didn’t exist. A second bottle I purchased was actually a different vintage (a significantly worse vintage). It took a week to receive a refund for this latter issue.

Christmas gift for my wine connoisseur son. He remarked on the excellent quality.

I was gifted two fabulous bottles of wine. Together, they were easily worth over $1000. I am not an oenophile. So, I hoped to sell them. And I came across Estate Wine Brokers online.

*They were responsive.
*They quoted the highest price.
*They sent the packing materials in a timely manner.
*They fulfilled the transaction as they said, even though this occurred during the holiday season.
*They wired the money to my account.

Being somewhat nervous about the entire thing, it came off as a breeze.

All I can say is that was my experience.

Was able to access a wonderful wine and it was shipped without incident all at a reasonable price.

I recently completed a transaction involving multiple cases of vintage Bordeaux. Alex and Chase were completely honest and very easy to deal with.

Order a 2016 Mouton Rothschild and the wine came two months later with a damaged label (not mentioned on the listing). This is my last purchase from this disgraced vendor.
