Customer Number B101364419. Received an email from Omaha Steaks Wine Customer Service on September 30th at 2:19am EST about my wine recently shipping and to reach out to them if I have any questions. Asked for a tracking number two days later and they said that they do not have an order tied to my customer number or email in their system. How did they send me an original email confirming it had shipped then?!

I requested my order be sent on or…
I requested my order be sent on or after August 31st on two different occasions because I was out of town. The shipment came while I was gone. Luckily, I was able to get my brother to go by the house and to get it.
Also, there was one broken bottle of Abbesse Sauvignon Blanc in the box. By the looks of the box, it must have happened a very long time ago because the box wasn't wet nor smelled. As a matter of fact, there was no sign of wine spillage in the box.

Delivery was on-time and in good condition. I really appreciated the e-mail telling me what hours I could expect delivery. I was able to leave my home for other duties and, yet, be home for the wine delivery. I plan to give some bottles of the wines as a gift to my family/friends.
